Self-checkin. Comfortable bed, good location. Room is okay. Reasonable price.

Shower didn't have hot water on rainy days. The room was not so clean. The washroom had bad smell most of the time. It's a studio with kitchen but didn't have dishwashing liquid. We stayed for 4 nights but had only 1 toilet paper roll. We also found 2 baby cockroaches and coffee spill on the wall next to the bed.

The location in District 1 was easy accessible to my school. It was at a good budget. I enjoyed the Mini Stop convenience store that was across the valley for most of my shopping.

When I arrived the property was not cleaned. The arrival time specify 14:00 and at that time somebody must check that the room must be clean and ready for new arrival. The overall cleanliness of the room, like the walls, mirrors, glass of shower, cabinets, cupboards etc. is not cleaned. Some of the appliances in the room is very old (rice cooker) and rusty, not appealing to use at all. The picture of the room is very deceiving it is not what you get. The location in the alley where you have to walk past to get to the apartment building, is not appealing at all to foreigners, as you have to walk past the dumping site of trash in the alley. It smells bad. I am sorry for the negative feedback, but there are a lot of things that were troubling to me. The washing machine is not usable and that is something I specifically looked for, although I did have a look at it, but was not prepared to wash my clothes in it.

It was an ok small studio in a nice area quite far away from the city centre but a nice area, comfortable bed, online staff are professional and supportive

It isn't clean, dirty cooking area and "balcony" window had a lot of old bird droppings on it, the headboard on the bed was very dirty and broken, the photos are not at all realistic , the balcony isn't really a balcony and only big enough for a tiny cat, it's not acceptable to list this place as having a balcony, the alley outside is very noisy and has a lot of aggressive dogs roaming free all night

The check in process is ridiculously hostile. First contact included a threat to refuse to send me check in guide if I didn't send them my passport info quick enough. Then they wanted payment in full for the duration before I arrived or had seen the room. Then they repeatedly demanded a bank statement. When I tried to extend my stay by a day I was told that I would have to pay 50% more unless I could find the property myself on a third-party site with a discount, and, again, that I should pay ASAP. Before you get to the room you also walk past a large sign threatening to kick out with no refund if you make noise after 10, to fine 500,000 VND for smoking, and to charge "DOUBLED market price" for any breakages. Though who would agree to pay a 100% markup as a punishment for dropping a glass, or whatever, I have no idea.

The most BS customer service ever. If it’s rain hard outside they will lie that they sent some one and then call 30 min later said that guy had car trouble. Call 30m again and told me i had to get another hotel for the night cause they can’t come. I end up spending 1.5 hr standing in the rain getting wet and ended up looking for another hotel for the night. End of the line they are a bunch of lazi liar 🤥

Customer service, it’s non existent. Contact before flight and they said there will be someone waiting end up standing in heavy rain with luggage for 1.5hrs outside waiting

The room was filthy, dust everywhere, stains and towels were frayed. When we arrived, the key was inside of the room because the "cleaner" forgot it inside, that's what we been told, so we had to wait until they send us a code so we can open the door. Very bad experience...

Room was small and stinky. The furnitures was old and rusty, there was nothing to like about this place.
