Impressed by the enthusiasm and cuteness of the staff. Always enthusiastic to support customers very quickly and professionally. I feel welcomed very comfortably. The hotel is not located in District 1 but is still the center and there are many entertainment areas around.

New hotel so need more care

It was small, but very comfortable. New hotel. The bed is amazing. Wonderful staff. The water wasn't warm enough, but staff was responsive. Will stay again.

Everything honestly. This was the best and cheapest hotel i ever stayed in in Asia. Honestly I can advise anyone to go here. The rooms are clean, room service every morning, beds are comfortable, really nice and helpful staff. My room was so modern i didn't expect anything like this froma 3 star hotel. And it's in a smaller street so it's quiet at night, which is great.

Room was a bit small. Especially if you're more than one and have your suitcases there is barely space to walk. And since it's district 3 you're a bit further away from the center and all the main attractions which are in district one. So be prepared to either ride 10 minutes or walk half an hour.

We had an incredible stay at Nicecy Hotel. Everything in the room felt almost brand new and it was all immaculately clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a side road and very quiet and night. It is in district 3 so you can walk to attractions such as the War Remnants Museum and it is easy to get taxis to other parts of Ho Chi Minh City. The staff are really friendly and helpful and there are lots of nice restaurants close by. Would say this hotel is amazing value for money as it felt really luxurious for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly sized small room with a great area for the bathroom. Electric toilet. Great A/C. Clean bed linen, almost like new! The pillows were fabulous. The bed was comfy. Initially, I found it a bit unnerving having a frosted glass door onto the emergency outside fire staircase but it was actually fine. The room door didn’t lock properly the first night but it was fixed during the day and worked fine for the rest of my stay. The reception staff were ace. Thomas and Rissy were both very helpful. Although there was a noisy outside restaurant opposite, I was at the back of the hotel so it didn’t bother me. I walked to all my places to virtually and I loved that it wasn’t set in the city but in a slightly quieter area and I found it super accessible for whatever I as need to do.

I don’t think there was anything to not like. Just a great little hotel!

I had an amazing experience at Nicecy Hotel. The space is clean, cozy, and has such a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. Special thanks to Ri and Tom – they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Ri was super gentle and detailed with everything, while Tom gave thoughtful advice and made me feel totally comfortable. The final result was beyond my expectations – natural, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you so much Ri, Tom.

The room was clean, but can be improved more (bit of dust on the floor and used masks etc were found in the drawer). The bed was very comfortable! Loved that they replenished our water and coffee daily. The bathroom was also clean. Staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful too!

Drain in the shower didnt work properly. No windows that have outside views in our room but it's manageable since we're out all day anyway.

The hotel area is pleasant, well designed, and has numerous photo opportunities. I enjoy the subtle aroma of essential oils in the lobby. The receptionist and housekeeping workers are courteous. My room was cleaned every day. However, the sink is a little low, and the water pressure is not good. Furthermore, because to its proximity to the city center, it can be noisy in the mornings. Overall, this is still a reasonable place to stay given the present pricing.

The location was perfect, the hotel is facing a street with nice cafes and it’s not far to the city center. Rooms are comfortable and always kept clean. Hotel staff Duyen, Diem Tu and Tam Tran were very welcoming, helpful, and considerate. They set up a curtain in my room after my remark about the outside light bothering my sleep and provided me with lots of help in whatever requests I had.

The cleanliness, kind service, and overall atmosphere of the hotel struck me from the time I stepped in. The room was large, light, and well-kept, with a really comfy bed that made sleeping enjoyable. The staff was quite helpful, offering tourist advice and always welcoming guests with a grin. The location was ideal—close to everything but quiet at night. I felt really cared for during my stay and would gladly return or suggest it to friends.
