WOW! What a fantastic place, within walking distance of all major attractions and yet near to the airport. We had an apartment with a separate bedroom and it was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, everything you needed and even a washing machine with integrated dryer, they even provided detergent. The shower was great, plenty of hot water, lovely bathroom, lots of storage, a large fridge freezer and everything in great condition and good working order. We couldn’t hear any noise from adjoining rooms or outside and the aircon was very quiet, you could hardly hear it at all. The TV had some good choices of English channels and we made use of that after a hard day’s sightseeing. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough, always a lovely welcome when you returned. We didn’t have breakfast but I am sure it would be good quality. A nice little pool and a well equipped gym and sauna. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, well done guys!!

House keeper came into our room as soon as we left our room to pop up the pool for a swim the first morning we were there. We didn’t need house keeping and hadn’t discovered the button at the door to push to indicate this yet. Felt like they might have been watching to see that we left and snuck in. Incidently I lost my money purse between checking in late the night before and after our morning swim. Very loud music from a restaurant a block away plays till nearly midnight. We went to the restaurant to check it out for dinner the next night but the music was that loud we wouldn’t have enjoyed a meal there.

Location is good. With Grab 4 you are in district 1 in less than 5 minutes for approximately 40.000-50.000VND. We booked a studio and a deluxe room which were connected. Ideal for a family. The kitchen, living room and the clothing washing and drying combination makes it very convenient. The people working in the hotel are very kind and always helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the roof and the fitness gym. Breakfast is ok. Enough to choose from. We could leave a suitcase for longer than week as we were traveling and would be back.

Our first time we stayed on the 10th floor which was more quiet than the second time on the 7th. On the 7th we heard more boise from the road.

Clean and well kept place! We stayed for 2,5 nights before our late flight. Kitchen has all the basics and a great ventilation for cooking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal as it is close to many sights and shopping malls but at the same time still easy to get to the airport as you don't get stuck in the middle of the city traffic for too long. Laundrette is convenient and costs 90.000 VND for washer+dryer. Never tried the breakfast.

The pool was closed for a few hours for a photoshoot when I was using it on the last day 13/1 2025. This could be fine, but really should be notified to guests beforehand or when they book, especially if some book for this reason I can imagine the disappointment. (We booked here to have a kitchen).

This is an amazing hotel for amazing value. The location in HCMC/Saigon is perfect, as you're not in the business areas of District 1, but you're only a few minutes walk away from most things. You can grab breakfast/lunch in the hotel, or you can enjoy the plethora of food options that are within a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The busiest parts of District 1 are a 5-10 minute Grab ride away. The hotel rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The staff is both incredibly confident and friendly. They speak English rather well, and they are very accommodating and will help you navigate HCMC. Best of all, the rooms are quite affordable. I was blown away with how amazing this hotel is.

The gym and rooftop pool close rather early at 10PM. I wish they would stay open later - that's my only complaint/recommendation.

We loved our stay here. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful with opening doors for us and carrying our suitcases. The room was immaculate. Looks exactly like the pictures, nice new smell in the room, modern furniture and very clean. The hotel has a pool and gym which were free to use and of good standing. And they also have some washing machines and dryers that you can use for a small fee, which we were very grateful for! The hotel’s in a good location too, not too far from the centre, easy to get Grab taxis and a few cafes and restaurants around. Very happy to recommend to others

Literally the only negative we found was that the shower wasn’t well designed, so a lot of water was collecting on the sides and needed wiping with one of our hand towels each time we had a shower.

quite good location, nice, green, also close to district 1, nice and a 4* quality building and service, very helpful staff on a lower price level nice breakfast, however it not as super as a 4-5*hotel, but ok real pictures no cheating which is very common in Saigon quality enterior and beds ! some of the best value for Your money even for picky guests like me! loved!

Super nice hotel with gym, pool and sauna on the rooftop. Felt really good to go back to the hotel everyday and have a peaceful atmosphere in contrast to how noisy and polluted HCM is. I didn't try the breakfast, but I had their lunch menu for an excellent price and really liked it. Staff is super sweet and kind. Location is not at the very touristic center but it felt like a nice neighbourhood with cool cafés next to it and spots that seems more local.

Nothing bothered me during my stay.

This hotel is by no means the fanciest or luxurious but they have clean rooms, well designed spaces and solid customer service. When we had a late flight to depart, staff let our children use the pool, which helped us kill the hours as a late check out was not possible. The breakfast, while by no means over the top, has essentials you can expect at a chain hotel. I would recommend this property more for long term business travelers as the room amenities were more attuned to those needs (kitchennette, washing machine, etc)

There is no restaurant or room service, so you do have to go out for essentials. There is a small mini market on the corner. We had to wait in the lobby for a taxi and found it to be a bit warm - though staff did put out fans and portable A/Cs. Pool is very basic.

The entire staff team from reception, security, to housekeeping was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and warm, which made our experience great. Many of the staff remembers you and try and provide a personal touch as well. Special appreciation to Quhun who gave us great service and recommendations. The housekeeping was great as well and kept our room clean and comfy.

The only minor downside is that the hotel phone was down during our trip, which made it slightly harder to connect with reception. However, the service makes up for this minor inconvenience :)
