Beautifully design hotel with great attention to detail. Rooms are large and very well appointed. It seems more geared to business travellers than tourists. Excellent breakfasts. Very conveniently located in D3. The hotel was also very responsive to our needs when we asked to change room as we could not sleep the first night (there is an extremely loud disco/bar across the hotel): the hotel offered to upgrade us for free in a suite that was located on a quieter side of the hotel; something we appreciated greatly.

The loud noise from the bar/disco across the hotel, but there is not much the hotel can do. If you are a light sleeper or if sleep is important to you, you may wish to check the room orientation. Noise usually stops around 12.30am. But again, the hotel was kind enough to find a solution for our stay.

Hotel itself was unique and the breakfast was a nice mix of Vietnamese and other foods. The location was just outside the main tourist sites, but all within 20-30 minute walk. Lots of delicious food options nearby.

No fault of the hotel's, but when you see earplugs provided at your bedside, not a good sign. There is an open-air dance club directly across from the hotel, and if you're a slightly light sleeper like myself, it will make for disruptive sleep. The music stopped every night around 11-1am (we stayed only during the weekdays so can't comment on the weekend hours), but it was enough to make me not want to stay at the hotel again, unfortunately. Also, if stairs are difficult for you, getting up to the breakfast venue at the rooftop restaurant will be problematic.

The location - walking distance of around 10 to 15mins to some of the places we wanted to visit. The room - very clean and comfortable. Good size. Room The staffs - very friendly. And one of the staff even too initiative to book cab for us when we cant get a grab one of the rainy days. Appreciate it.

Opposite there is this very loud pub but as we can sleep through with music, it doesnt pose too big an issue for us 😅 There is also no actual drive thru sheltered waiting area for grab pickup

The hotel is very well positioned and it's quite premium: from the decor to the breakfast to the quality of the furniture and design. Also the facilities like the pool and gym are small but well arranged: you truly feel taken care of. It is true that not far from the hotel there's a party place blasting loud music but: 1) the hotel has triple glazing 2) the music stops at 23:30 and it was not every day 3) if you are not facing the street, you don't hear it that much, 4) the hotel provides earplugs. For us it wasn't an issue like we read in other reviews.

We would have stayed longer if our trip wasn't over :)

Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. Great central location, nice breakfast made fresh. Very clean room with great amenities and allowing you to cook small things if needed, efficient laundry service. Particularly appreciated the pre-loaded Google Map with recommendations for restaurants, bars, etc. Excellent air-conditioning.

Some guests sleeping early might hear some street noise of the local nightlife - didn’t bother me but some may be more sensitive than others.

The hotel is wonderful. A boutique hotel (5 rooms/floor). Beautifully designed, well appointed, food is great.

There is an extremely loud bar next door. They play very very loud music with a DJ on a mic from 9pm-12am 7 days a week. The noise was awful. The hotel did provide earplugs. I recommend being in a room in the back if you want better sleep. There is not much the hotel could do, unless they buy the bar and turn it into a nice cafe!

Loved the rooms, the friendly staff, delicious breakfast!

There is a bar near the hotel, and even though we stayed quite high up, the music was very loud, and it was quite frustrating to try to fall asleep to. They do provide earplugs, but that’s not something I’m used to wearing so that was uncomfortable too. Luckily the music doesn’t go on all night and wraps up around midnight!

Center location. Our Suite was wonderful. New, bright and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Small pool on the roof top but nice. Small Gym, but nice too. Staff was fantastic!

Some nights you can hear some loud music from a couple of Disco Bars across the street.

Wir waren zum x-ten Mal hier .. w/ Flair und more! We booked superior based on the Reviews regarding the „karaoke pubs“ but the quiet arhmosphere we appriciate! Well - honest und trained stuff with Fokus of the costumer needs! The Breakfast - the Sound of silentness 😘

Sometimes the coordination is missing …

The property was very clean and tidy . it was aesthetically also very nice , extremely comfortable ! The best thing about the property was the courteous staff , super nice and helpful. I stayed there with my son .. we had an early morning flight and th staff made sure that we take breakfast along with us to the airport and made nice box , take away coffee .. till the security staff held the Grab for us. I recommend the property 100%. Sometimes the little kindness goes the long way! best of luck :-)
