The rooms were nice and were as described

The reception was very cramped and there was nowhere to store luggage. The chickens wake you up so early every day.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ariosa Hotel. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very kind and mindful. They recommended us some very nice places. When we ever come back to Ho Chi Minh we would definitely chose this hotel again.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing, helpful and friendly guard and front desk (I even had a good chat with the students who were maintaining the place), COMPLETE amenities, walking distance from a lot of tourist places, near ATM, they have a weighing scale for your luggage, they accept card payment, water pressure and heater was very good, the have nice thick robes and towels also provided shampoo and body wash, internet was fine, easy to find by Grab drivers with a proper garage to stop (not like other streets which was so crowded), they also allowed to store our luggages prior to check-in and beyond check-out time which was very helpful. Thank you so much! 🩷

AC was weak, needs cleaning but still does the job

Well I actually have a great experience here. The room is stunning with modern furniture. When I first enter the room I was absolutely impressed by the cozy look and everything is organized very clean and perfect. If I have a chance will comeback this place in the future.

The room is quite small but I just stay alone so that’s not so bad for me

I has come to HCMC for many times but Ariosa is always my best choise for staying. The staffs were really friendly and helpful with all our requests The room was clean with lots of facilities. Amazing location, nice and cozy design

nothing to dislike

The accommodation boasts a fantastic aesthetic design and architecture, expertly utilizing limited space to create a visually stunning environment. Surrounded by lovely greenery, it offers serene and picturesque scenery. Situated conveniently in front of the main street where the airport bus stops, it provides unparalleled ease of travel. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, along with the array of other amenities such as hair dryers, ample sockets, shampoo, and soft towels. The small gym on the rooftop, coupled with the inviting terrace, adds an extra touch of luxury. Furthermore, the friendly and accommodating staff only enhance the overall experience.

It gets noizy a bit depending on the rooms, but it does not disturb much.

All in all, this was a really quaint hotel. It is extremely close to the major tourist attractions such as War Remnant Museum and Independence Palace. It is 15-20 minute walk to District 1 if you're looking for night life. There are decent shops nearby but mind you, as this is not a tourist hotel area, most of the signs and menus are only in Vietnamese The room we stayed in was nice - it has a rather large balcony but strangely, no chairs - none that you can shift out from the room either. There's a functional kitchen with everything you'll need - pot, pan, stovetop, microwave etc. However, it doesn't have a pot/dish washing sponge or soap, so we had to leave it for the cleaners. The staff were helpful and kind - they also do laundry for an affordable fee! They also had a small but functional gym on the top floor with a treadmill and weights - sufficient for 1-2 pax. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. What you see in the photos is definitely what you get :)

Our room had a bathtub that also functions as a shower. The issue we had with the tub was that it was quite high which can be a hazard if you're not careful when you're stepping down. I believe they had a step under the sink but it looked flimsy and we weren't sure if it was an actual step or just a shelf. Since the bathroom was small and if you did fall, it won't be a safe landing. So perhaps the hotel could install some rails or maybe have those grippy mats available in the tub or on the floor so that it is safer when stepping out. Additionally, it is located in a small but busy street, so it can get noisy.

Well it is already the 3rd time i am staying at cityhouse ariosa in less than 6 months times. Their price is very affordable, the interior is cosy, the air conditioning is cooling and my girl friend loves it. This time round, there was a stopper for the bathtub, so she could take a good bath while listening to music.

limited wall power sockets for use. I had to place my laptop at the kitchenette to charge it as there was the only place with a big enough surface to place my laptop flat. At the table, there was no access to any wall sockets... the cables weren't long enough to reach to the one next to the bed. The building next doors was doing construction related works, so a lot of knocking and drilling early in the morning at 8am... the commotion, woke up my girlfriend... i wake up early to do some work so it did not affect me.

Great hotel with nice spacious rooms. They were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I can highly recommend staying here. The staff was very helpful with all our requests!

We booked three rooms in total as we arrived with friends. One of the rooms had a massive ant problem. They completely invaded our suitcases even though we did not leave out any food. We kindly asked the staff to clean but ants always find their way back. I was a bit worried as we had read in previous reviews that the hotel has quite noisy rooms. All three rooms were 'sandwich rooms' (neither facing the street nor the back) which was excellent because we did not have any noise problems besides the morning construction wakeup call. Currently, there is a massive building site just next to the hotel. I guess that will be better once they are done which will be in a couple of months.

The location is perfection. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance.

No water is provided in the room during my stay. The price is slightly higher compared to other hotels nearby, but that's okay.
