The rooms were large and very clean. Our beds very comfortable. Housekeeping amazing and thorough. The location perfect. ATMS close by and a Family-Mart and Co-- Mart minutes walk for grocery. Abundance of street food and restaurants not far awayl. The location we considered more on the "quieter" side which was perfect for us. Pool and gym facilities were great! The decor, the pictures around hotel, the flowers in the lobby, the fragrance used in hotel, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelt great! The staff very friendly from the door staff to the reception area, their service impeccable. Oh and they provide free shuttle to markets! One of nicest hotels we have stayed in for the price and for family of 5. We will return!!

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City for your vacation, I highly recommend Sherwood Residence. Everything is here - great location, delicious food, very accommodating staff, facilities, One thing I liked is the daily free shuttle service, which runs hourly from morning to afternoon, allowing you to ride and drop off at popular tourist spots. Outside the hotel, there are eateries all around, including Family Mart 24 hours and Coop Mart. Jollibee and KFC are just 2 blocks away."

I didn't find any mistakes, everything is perfect! Kudos to Mr. Vu, the chief supervisor, and Miss Tams restaurant crew for their excellent service. They really took good care of us.

Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Great location. Good breakfasts. Beautiful coffee. Nice pool area.

We had to change rooms due to noise from a late night bar across the road. The music thumped through our room. But move was organised efficiently. We were there during the reunification celebrations. Which were interesting but created havoc with our entries and exits from the hotel. If we had known they were on and the impact the rehearsals would have on our group we would have stayed elsewhere. The stress caused and the unexpected alterations to our travel plans were awful. The army helped get us out eventually but it was a stressful situation.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment with kitchen and self laundry facilities in apartment. Plentiful and delicious food for breakfast. Good restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner. Great swimming and gym facility onsite. Close to large grocery store. Walking distances to all famous and popular landmarks. Located in the heart of town. Can go on own tour. Does not need transportation to visit War Remnant Museum, Independence Palace, Pink Cathedral, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon post office , Opera House and even up the Texco Financial Tower. Perfect place to stay while visiting HonChi Minh City.

Fabulous hotel, and the best stay we have had in Vietnam out of 7 hotels.We had a HUGE appartment for a family of 4 ( we were upgraded) with 3 rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen and washroom- were we could do our own laundry. The facilities were great, a big pool, sauna and pool table, ping pong and football table. The kids loved it! It was good value for money and in a good location, near many sights, and there is a daily free shuttle bus ( with wifi) on the hour to take you to different locations. They also took care of our suitcases after we checked out, and as we had to wait the whole day before taking our flight, they also let us use the pool and facilities after checkout. The staff were also very friendly.

My only comment is that I bough a birthday cake as it was my partners birthday, then realised I didn't have anything to light the birthday candle. I asked in reception and they said they didnt have matches or a lighter I could borrow, which I though was strange. Also, in the breakfast buffet I missed some more variety of fresh fruit ( e.g mango, pineapple ect)

Outstanding. Would recommend to anyone coming to Saigon for business or pleasure. Exceptional hotel with all services. We utilised the airport transfer service both ways which also highly recommended for a family with small children and a lot of luggage. The room was fantastic. The staff and service was impeccable. Truly is a 5 star hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous - wonderful lobby and the children loved the pool and kids club. Location was great in district 3. A short walk to district 1. The advantage of staying in this part of district 3 is that you get to experience a bit more of the local flavour and culture of Vietnam as opposed to District 1 which is very touristy. Regular shuttle service is a bonus but taxis were so cheap and easy to hail that is what we ended up using to get around. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Worth the money spent.

The 3 bedroom apartment was huge and spacious and clean. We also had a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer which was so convenient for our 10 night stay. The hotel pool was clean and fairly quiet so sometimes we had it all to ourselves. Everything was perfect. This is the second time we have stayed in this complex and will stay again. Centre of town was only about a 10 minute walk. Grab and taxis were quick and easy if you didn't want to walk. There were a few restaurants and takeaway places nearby and a big grocery store just a block away. We had an excellent stay.

We stayed with 2 kids under 10 and loved almost everything. The staff was welcoming, kind and spoke good English. They were friendly and accommodating. The facilities are amazing, from pool to sauna, pool tables and even ‘private’ cinema room (if you want!). It was a fun place to stay, and great location. Breakfast was lovely, and despite many guests it felt very relaxed. Many choices, local and western foods. Coffee made by the barista there was amazing (if you like it strong). The room was spacious (we had a family suite), a little basis but always tidy and had all we needed from bathrooms to kitchen. We stayed for over 1 week and had a great time in HCM, thanks Sherwood!

Excellent location in D3 but easy walking distance to D1, pool & gym was great , we had breakfast included on this stay which was excellent. Staff very helpful. With 6 of us we needed a 3 bdr as such apartment was a good size and well appointed . We stayed twice the first stay we had great views over the city , second stay we were on the other side and looked into another building so try and get the Nguyen Dinh Chieu side.

Only comment would be rooms are a little dated and showing age, however overall we had a good stay and would be back.

Always looked forward to walking into the hotel smelling the lovely jasmine fragrance after a hot day out in Saigon, the 3 bedroom apartment was so spacious and the biggest apartment we've been in with full equipped kitchen, hidden laundry room with ventilation and hanging rods but was insulated from the rest of the apartment, also a storage room and double layered balcony doors for soundproofing (genius!) , beds were so plush and comfortable, pool and sauna room was great, staff and room service were very hospitable, so much entertainment for the kids downstairs, love that it was serviced and cleaned every day! Perfect location to go anywhere in town! Breakfast buffet was decent! Will come back for sure in future!

Hotel is on a one-way street so catching a Grab took a while as the cars had to go around the block but that was minor issue. Make sure you don't leave food lying around as tiny ants can appear fast so clean it up in the sink
