We’re staying at Hemtouch House for six weeks and have a genuinely great experience. The place is very clean, quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. It feels like a real home, very clean, simple, authentic, and relaxing. The location is ideal: close to plenty of great cafés, restaurants, bars, and anything else you might need. The Wi-Fi is strong and stable, so it’s also a great spot to work from, especially the rooftop is perfect for that. What really stood out to us is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they really care. We’d definitely come back, even for a longer stay.

The property is a hidden gem! It’s located in a very quiet small street. It’s busy outside but you won’t hear any noise at all. The room is spacious and clean. Staff here are very kind and helpful. You’re provided with the local food guide, banking/ATM information and the breakfast menu. You can let the staff know in advance about your breakfast choice the night before. The breakfast will be provided the next morning nice and fresh with coffee or tea! The house is located in district 3, very close to district 1 about 15 min drive if you’re going to district 1 for more modern buildings/malls/touristy areas. It’s a beautifully decorated and well maintained guesthouse. Highly recommend the place!

We loved how quiet and serene the accommodation was. It was just as described online and such a retreat from the noisy streets of Ho Chi Minh. All the staff were so lovely and helpful and we would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well designed, so clean and so organized. There was also a window in the room which many places don’t have. We really enjoyed the roof top area and the self serve laundry on the roof top as well. The breakfast was fairly basic but had a few Vietnamese options or western options —-we preferred the Vietnamese options. You let them know the night before what you want. HemTouch house is a great place to book and once you understand navigating thru the alleys to avoid the busy streets it’s even that much more wonderful. We enjoyed being in District 3 and walked all over from this location. We booked tours thru HemTouch house and everything was great! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place!

We only stayed one night just before leaving the country but really loved the place. We picked it as it's quite close to the airport by taxi. The location was good for us as it's close to main streets which is great for shopping, but hidden in some side streets so very quiet at night. Room and hotel lobby were very clean. We liked the fact that there are only a small number of rooms so it definitely has the homestay/boutique hotel vibe. The room itself is a medium/small room but has everything you need. The bathroom was also pretty good size and had all the necessary items. The young lady in reception was very kind and helped us with recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Price was very reasonable and compared to other places with similar prices, this place was definitely better than most.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear people in the corridor and even walking past other rooms you can hear what's going on inside. Aoart from that, everything else was great.

We had an amazing stay here at HemTouch. Top notch service and hospitality from the staff. Beautifully decorated and spacious room. Great shower pressure and temperature. Free self service laundry is available. We were also really impressed by the cleanliness of the space, absolutely spotless. Breakfast is à la carte with great traditional Vietnamese food options. The hotel is located deep in an alleyway so it’s very quiet. We could either walk or use Grab for a cheap price to all the main attractions. Convenience shops and plenty of restaurants close by the hotel. We would definitely come back on our next visit.

Maybe more sweet options and fruit juices for breakfast? Apart from that, we absolutely loved everything.

This hotel is a lovely oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is down an alley to reach it but it’s perfectly safe and means the hotel is really quiet. Breakfast was authentic and we enjoyed each morning and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

We had to stay in lower grade room on our first night which was agreed in advance and was absolutely fine. The room was lovely, a good size and comfortable. However because it was on the first floor near reception we did get woken up quite early. The rooms on the higher floors are not affected by this and in my opinion worth the very tiny extra cost. Nothing, it was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience in Vietnam, and the host was truly friendly. It's been a while since I visited this country, and I'm really satisfied with my stay here. The location of the accommodation is really good. I used Grab service throughout my stay and found it very convenient. It's not only cheaper than taxis but also helps me avoid having to communicate with drivers in Vietnamese. In particular, I arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. However, the staff assisted us in checking in early smoothly, and everything went perfectly from start to finish

HemTouch is in a newly renovated 5-storey building in District 3. The room we stayed in is large, modern, clean and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Easy to get to places of interest from here. A short walk takes you most places, or, for quicker commute, Grab rides are readily available and affordable. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. You could leave your luggage here after check-out if needed. A complimentary local breakfast added to the value of our 3-night stay, making HemTouch a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travellers.

Location: Michelle picked us up in the little alley and took us to the HemTouch House. Once there we were greeted so warmly. Walking distance to many places, street food and mini market nearby, area feels safe Room: clean, spacious, nicely furnished, very quiet Breakfast: freshly prepared a la cart every morning, very tasty. Coffee tastes unforgettably delicious Staff: We were able to ask and learn a lot. Michelle speaks very good English. We were helped within a few seconds if there was a problem In general: After the day it felt like coming home

The place was beautifully decorated, spotless clean, quiet and with all needed facilities. The lady was in touch and made us feel very welcomed, she was very informative, helpful and friendly. We received a city guide pdf, so it was nice touch. Breakfast was honestly delicious, we have tried local soups : beef brisket and chicken, the nicest which I have tried so far on our trip in Asia. In general we regret that it was only one night stay and we would love to visit again, so highly recommend. Thank you
