1) Each room comes with a kitchen sink, microwave and cold fridge. 2) Toilet is clean and comes with shampoo and soap. 3) Netflix and youtube available. Aircon works well. 4) Excellent roadside bbq and beef pho stall tucked in between the path towards the property.

1) Shower drainage was not good for my room. 2) Renovations are still on-going during my stay. 3) The stairway is quite steep. Due to the tile design used, even with lights on, the steps are still dark and might injure if not careful.

Small room but quite comfortable, you'll find everything you'd need in the room.

The shower is either really hot or really cold, the management may need to have a check on the solar water heater system.

Nice bathroom, provides you with cooking equipment and utensils and a fridge. There’s also a water dispenser downstairs. Easy to extend stay by one night. Decent location for getting to tourist spots by grab

Not very clean, noticed a cigarette butt under our bed. Also a very strange fake terrace area in the room. It looks like a balcony but is concreted in so there is no natural daylight. The check in process was very long winded and the gate just to get into the property is very difficult to open. Not much communication from the property. Also really inconvenient locations for sockets.

The rooms are clean and new now but the cleaning service is poor so will quickly deteriorate.

There is no window with natural light but a window to the hallway where light is shining all night and there are no curtains on it to block this so you cannot sleep.

I stayed here for one night due to a connecting flight the next morning, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. The hotel is located in a dark alley, which already made it feel uncomfortable. The room had a strange skylight above the bed, and although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, smoke from the neighboring room came through the skylight, making it impossible to breathe. The glass was thin, so I could hear everything from outside, including my neighbor’s voice and the sound of their door slamming. Even when I tried to step outside the room to get some fresh air, the noise was still unbearable. The check-in process was especially disappointing. I felt completely left alone—there was no communication for over 30 minutes. I was forced to wait, with no one providing any updates or guidance. I finally got through to the staff via WhatsApp, and although they said they would address the issues, nothing was done. Additionally, when it came time to pay, I found out that the only payment method available was online payment, even though I had selected the "pay at hotel" option when I made my booking. Overall, I expected little more than a place to rest before my flight, but I couldn’t even get any sleep. The constant noise, smoke, and poor service made it a tormenting experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
