Hot shower with strong pressure. Bed was comfy and clean. Table and stool provided. Balcony overlooking the fish pond was cool. Value for money for a relatively clean room in the city.

Blanket provided was quite thin, almost like another bedsheet. There is no floor mat to dry feet after using the toilet. Hotel is still under construction so from around sunrise to sunset there will be construction noise. There is a constant smell of cigarettes near the doorway, it's gone once the aircon is turned on.

Bed was on the hard side but I loved the hot shower, AC, mini fridge, fast wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, balcony overlooking a (tiny) koi pond., elevator, lobby level cafe, etc. I used Google Translate to communicate with front desk and the girl was EXTREMELY helpful in retrieving something I left on a bus from Hanoi. For western travellers, it’s a steal.

Staff were friendly and helpful, cafe downstairs for coffee and smoothies etc. coi fish pond in the middle of the lobby. Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. They have a massage/spa on site.

Very new hotel so parts are still under construction. Angle grinding early in the morning, and a big pit to avoid in the lobby. It will be great when its completed.

New facilities, clean, nice, rooms have balconies and could chat with each other. I traveled with family so we occupied 6 rooms, hotel stuff made a free upgrade for us.

We didn't have breakfast maybe due to the factor that the hotel was just opened, but stuff recommended few placex to eat nearby.

Good location, good repair, good design of the hotel, hot water works well. Very clean.

The girl at the reception refused to let us into the room we booked until 2pm, saying it was unavailable/occupied. Although it turned out it was free, as were the other rooms. This behavior was extremely disappointing and spoils the impression of this place. The hotel had work areas (coworking, conference room), but we were denied use, or these areas were closed. The room is quite small for two people. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The room itself was comfortable with a good powerful hot shower. We loved that each room has a balcony and a smart tv.

The hotel itself was a bit soulless. It’s very big and didn’t see many other people staying, there isn’t a restaurant on site and they also don’t serve snacks which is difficult as it’s quite far away from restaurants. The cafe on site looked abandoned. Room wasn’t clean, wouldn’t have used the glassware as they were so dirty. We went to the roof Terrance which was nice but there wasn’t any seats up there!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel that looks new. The room is basic but that was totally faire according to the price.

Terrible mattress... I felt the springs in it and had a back pain in the morning. Totally unusual for that kind of place. Also, no bath soap and shampoo (jar hadn't been refiled).
