The owner is the nicest person we have met on hour 2 month journey. Words can’t really describe it. My boyfriend and I got food poisoned the day we arrived at her place. When we told her, you could see genuine compassion and real urge to help us wherever she could. That did not change until the last minute of our four day stay. With any problem we came to her and recieved a proper solution for it. Thank you very much!

Very clean, comfortable hotel located near the centrum of Sapa town! What makes this place a absolute must go to place is the manager of the hotel Mrs. Chau! She did absolute everything to make us feel welcome. Welcomed us every time whenever we did leave or came back to the hotel, supported with booking trips and transfers! Basically, the best hotel manager we did met during our 2 month travel!

Despite booking on short notice, our stay at the hotel in Sa Pa was delightful. While our room lacked direct daylight, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the massage session we had. Administered by the talented masseuse Queen, it was hands down the best massage we experienced throughout our entire trip. Queen's expertise truly shines through, making the experience incredibly rejuvenating. I'd return to this hotel just for another session with Queen! Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it didn't quite reach the same level of excellence as the massage. However, the service throughout our stay was consistently kind and accommodating. In conclusion, despite a few minor hiccups, our stay at this hotel in Sa Pa was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the exceptional massage experience provided by Queen.

Breakfast could be better

The room was big and clean when it comes to sheets. Thz staff of the hotel was nice.

There was a huge cockroache that we found in the room after we came from the city in the evening. In the bathroom there was a hole in the wall, maybe that is from the insect came from… hopefully it was only a onetime experience

Our host was incredible friendly and so a great host. She help in all ways she could to make us feel home and comfortable. She offered help in travelling, and arranging programmes. She was absolutely super kind.

There was nothing which we did not like.

The room was spatious and very clean. Hot water and hot air. Our room was not available so we were even upgraded to a larger one with mountain view ( it was super foggy though). Very comfy bed. Nice and friendly host. Our stay was perfect.

Breakfast could be richer

everything is perfect. especially the location and reception, Anna. she is very nice, helpful and enthusiastic. she helps us a lot during our stay. And the hotel is super close to sapa station, only 5 minutes walk to station.

The host is very helpful & tries her best to address any concerns. We visited in winter & it was very nice that the Air Conditioners had the heating mode with regards to temperature that made the stay in the room very comfortable. It's a new property in a very central convenient location.

The flexibility in terms of check in check out and all the arrangements that they did for us. Chau at the reception was exceptional. One of the best hotels during our trip to Vietnam.

location is nice, a few streets away from main square but it gives you quiet area. room are great and comfy. laundry service available. staff were kind and friendly.
