Everything was very clean, showers were hot, smart TV allows us to login to our Netflix account, walking distance to Sapa town, amazing views in the morning, can see the Sapa monorail pass by from their restaurant window, decent breakfast. Friendly hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags there after checkout and to collect them 1.5 days later when we return from our tour (not organised by hotel). They even said that we can take free showers (although we didn’t take up the offer) at the common toilets of their property when we return from our tour.

The room was big and clean. There were plenty of places to store our things, which was really great. The weather was very foggy and wet during our stay, so there was no good view, but if there wouldn´t have been the clouds and the fog, the view would have been great. :-)) Breakfast was okay but there could have been more options especially for vegetarians. The fried rice for example was served with sausage at the buffet. It would be no problem to serve it without meat and give the option of extra sausages for those who like it.

The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. The young people usually were just sitting around. Nobody greeted us, when we entered the room, even if we greeted them. And sometimes a smile would be a great thing too. But they helped us with the luggage, or let´s say, they helped my husband with the luggage. I had to carry my backbag on my own. That was a bit funny.

If you’re looking for a place that truly stands out, I can’t recommend this accommodation enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and genuinely helpful—they made the entire stay feel personalized and stress-free. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transport options, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. As for the accommodation itself, the unit is spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail reflects a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place checks all the boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

No elevator

I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveler, and it was an amazing experience! The room was super spacious, incredibly comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was just perfect—especially if you love watching, photographing, or filming the funicular train passing by. It was such a unique and scenic spot! Plus, the free breakfast was a great bonus—the beef bowl was absolutely delicious! The staff were also very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Another great thing about this place is its convenient location. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and the Sapa train—perfect if you’re planning an activity or tour to Fansipan. And the best part? It’s also very affordable! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, budget-friendly, and well-situated stay!

The room was absolutely gorgeous!! They upgraded our room to the one with 2 single and 1 big beds and it has 2 bathrooms which was really great! The heater in the other bathroom wasn't working but it was still nice to have 2 bathrooms for the four of us. Reception was very informative about location and how to find the hotel.

The other staffs other than the one who checked us in maybe should learn a bit more english so the guests could communicate with them better. I would suggest a vending machine too for guests needing snacks or water after hours.

The hotel is located inside another hotel entrance. The address and goggle map is not correct. Have to ask the owner to sent us video how to get there. It is located behind sun plaza. Have to carry luggage up and down the stairway when arrived. The tram railway pass by the hotel. It is the only hotel that has the closest tram view. The breakfast is very basic and minimal, but enough for a start.

The family room has two king bed I. The living room and 1 king bed in a room. The bathroom is large but the design is a bit weird, they put a transparent glass window with roller blind at the bathroom overlooking the dining table. This is a family room where family or friends stay together not a private suite. Stay 2 nights but no housekeeping.

The rooms were big and comfortable bed, the washroom was big space too. Good view from the hotel and sit out area, good buffet breakfast, can see the fanicular Train pass by. Can go walking to Cat Cat Village, Sun plaza is next door ... there is a small restaurant outside the hotel, which serves good and fresh food...

Since the hotel is on the hill top and old construction, there are no lifts , some rooms had sharing washroom, so while booking kindly make note of it. Also, keep your valuables in a safe place and don't leave it in the room.

i happy stay in this property in 3Nights with 3 person, the unit is huge, the bathroom and bedroom is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and good view , can see monorail pass by beside restaurant , amazing ! the location is great can walk to Sun Plaza station about few minute only, outside own room can see amazing mountain view, highly recommend this property and will stay again when there.

the kitchen sink water tap sometime water very hot, my friend accidently burns on hands, because no proper marking on the water tap hot and cold, 1st time go the some grab driver dont where is the lobby entrance, because this hotel have 2 entrance , use the top entrance is more easy access to reception.

Excellent view over the Cat Cat Village valley. Fansipan summit is clearly visible from the balcony on a clear day. Fantastic location as it is just couple minutes from the town centre. Very comfy bed and spacious room and bathroom. The room was also super clean and the AC kept it warm on cold days and nice and cool on hot days.

The breakfast was a disappointment. Not terrible but not great either. Be prepared to go up and down stairs. There is no elevator. Then again the whole town of Sapa is like that.

We had a fantastic stay at SaPa Retreat Condotel. It offers great value for money with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Safety measures are well-implemented, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for a convenient and cozy stay.

One of the toilets was clogged, but the staff quickly addressed and resolved the issue when we reported it. Overall, it was still a great stay.
