Everything was very clean, showers were hot, smart TV allows us to login to our Netflix account, walking distance to Sapa town, amazing views in the morning, can see the Sapa monorail pass by from their restaurant window, decent breakfast. Friendly hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags there after checkout and to collect them 1.5 days later when we return from our tour (not organised by hotel). They even said that we can take free showers (although we didn’t take up the offer) at the common toilets of their property when we return from our tour.

The room was big and clean. There were plenty of places to store our things, which was really great. The weather was very foggy and wet during our stay, so there was no good view, but if there wouldn´t have been the clouds and the fog, the view would have been great. :-)) Breakfast was okay but there could have been more options especially for vegetarians. The fried rice for example was served with sausage at the buffet. It would be no problem to serve it without meat and give the option of extra sausages for those who like it.

The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. The young people usually were just sitting around. Nobody greeted us, when we entered the room, even if we greeted them. And sometimes a smile would be a great thing too. But they helped us with the luggage, or let´s say, they helped my husband with the luggage. I had to carry my backbag on my own. That was a bit funny.

If you’re looking for a place that truly stands out, I can’t recommend this accommodation enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and genuinely helpful—they made the entire stay feel personalized and stress-free. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transport options, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. As for the accommodation itself, the unit is spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail reflects a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place checks all the boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

No elevator

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Fansipan monorail station and surrounded by stunning mountain views. The place is clean, peaceful, and close to cafes and shops, making it easy to explore Sapa. Special thanks to Phang Quang from Sapa Retreat — he was very hands-on in assisting us and even helped arrange our tour. He also upgraded our room with a beautiful view, which made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The hotel staff were so kind. Brian, the receptionist and the one who replied to my WhatsApp, was so kind, polite and helpful. He can speak english very well and he even helped us to book private transport to Glass bridge & alpine coaster. The view from this hotel was amazing, we can see the fansipan peak, and the funicular right in front of our room & hotel cafe. Walking distance to Sunplaza, around 7-10minutes walk. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

No elevator, you need to climb the stairs. Not very suitable for elderly.

I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveler, and it was an amazing experience! The room was super spacious, incredibly comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was just perfect—especially if you love watching, photographing, or filming the funicular train passing by. It was such a unique and scenic spot! Plus, the free breakfast was a great bonus—the beef bowl was absolutely delicious! The staff were also very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Another great thing about this place is its convenient location. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and the Sapa train—perfect if you’re planning an activity or tour to Fansipan. And the best part? It’s also very affordable! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, budget-friendly, and well-situated stay!

The room was absolutely gorgeous!! They upgraded our room to the one with 2 single and 1 big beds and it has 2 bathrooms which was really great! The heater in the other bathroom wasn't working but it was still nice to have 2 bathrooms for the four of us. Reception was very informative about location and how to find the hotel.

The other staffs other than the one who checked us in maybe should learn a bit more english so the guests could communicate with them better. I would suggest a vending machine too for guests needing snacks or water after hours.

The rooms were big and comfortable bed, the washroom was big space too. Good view from the hotel and sit out area, good buffet breakfast, can see the fanicular Train pass by. Can go walking to Cat Cat Village, Sun plaza is next door ... there is a small restaurant outside the hotel, which serves good and fresh food...

Since the hotel is on the hill top and old construction, there are no lifts , some rooms had sharing washroom, so while booking kindly make note of it. Also, keep your valuables in a safe place and don't leave it in the room.

Everything! The condotel is really near from the Sapa Center and has good breakfast. Mr. Hoang is really generous and kind. The staffs are also approachable and helpful. We really appreciate the help they showed us when we can’t go back to Hanoi due to landslide in Sapa. The guy who helped us in reaching vietjet and hk line was really cheerful and helpful. He was welcoming and very friendly. You can easily approach or message mr Hoang for any concerns.

Nothing! The place is really perfect!

The hotel is located inside another hotel entrance. The address and goggle map is not correct. Have to ask the owner to sent us video how to get there. It is located behind sun plaza. Have to carry luggage up and down the stairway when arrived. The tram railway pass by the hotel. It is the only hotel that has the closest tram view. The breakfast is very basic and minimal, but enough for a start.

The family room has two king bed I. The living room and 1 king bed in a room. The bathroom is large but the design is a bit weird, they put a transparent glass window with roller blind at the bathroom overlooking the dining table. This is a family room where family or friends stay together not a private suite. Stay 2 nights but no housekeeping.
