I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Exquisite Retreat, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was elegantly furnished, with every amenity I could possibly need, including a plush bed that provided the most restful sleep I've had in ages. The attention to detail in the room's design truly exceeded my expectations, and I felt like royalty during my entire stay.

Highly recommend for good location, professional staffs and nice services! Everything is worst the price. We have ordered a family room for 5 persons with breakfast. The room is big, full equipment, well decorated and clean. Recommend to try breakfast in their restaurant, they have many choices: from westerns dishes to traditional dishes which are cooked on place. My parents love much their “Bún”. The receptions are professional and helpful, the staff in restaurant also. We have reserved a place and services to do BBQ by ourselves. The staffs in restaurant have prepared hot coals for us and chosen a good place in their balcony. It was exceptional since we can feel SaPa foggy while enjoying our BBQ meal! Deeply thank to Lacasa’s staffs!

Beautiful Hotel! We got greeted super friendly right away and there is tea and sweets at reception at all times. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony with a great view! You also get a discount for their in-House massage services, and it was so worth it! Best massage so far! The staff was especially good though. Sing and Chau really helped us book our busses and be comfortable.

The rooms are not 100% soundproof, but it wasn’t an issue.

Very noisy at night time. Both nights there was an event or something going on that went on until 11pm or so. Other guests very noisy as well when going back to their room. Understand that the hotel cannot help this but the rooms are not sound proof.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the city centre. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of dishes. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel manager Anh was very friendly and polite to his guests and attended to all our needs. Thanks for acceding to our request for early check in :)

Large rooms, big bathroom, nice decor, location. Staff was nice but not much English except one guy. Nice pho for breakfast, nice coffee.

Leaks in the bathroom, from the sink and toilet, bathroom floor always wet. Huge balcony but no chairs or table. Huge visible gaps in windows - room next to the road, you can hear everything. Took ages to check in, annoying after travelling all day.

Great service, provided a room early in the morning upon our arrival in Sapa by night train. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast with good variety and choice. Location is very good to reach everything that we needed. Staff is friendly striving for good service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at the desk once we arrived off a 8hr bus journey from Hanoi. Our room was very spacious and clean. Bed very comfy. Buffet breakfast was substantial. Location was great very close to centre of town, 2/3min walk. Spa foot massage was excellent and well needed during our travels.

In the bedroom there was gaps in the windows so could hear a lot of noise from street and construction next door to hotel.

Excellent location just 2 minutes and you are in the center, the staff was friendly and nice helped us especially on the stormy day
