We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with a mountain view. It was a bit difficult to find on maps, but it's just opposite Sapa Dragon Hotel. We reached early morning so the staff wasn't reachable but they did send a taxi to pick us up later. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry service was helpful.

It's 5 min walk from the city centre, but considering the slope, it feels a lot more than that. It can get noisy at night due to the coffee place downstairs, but only if you're a light sleeper.

The location was perfect. Close to the center yet quiet. Two minute walk from the fansipan station and maybe a 20min from Cat Cat Village. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view over the city. We could leave the curtains open at night since noone could look in, it was private. Bed was a little hard but comfortable, ac on heat worked well, shower was very hot and a lot of water pressure. We always had water and coffee in the room for our little kettle. We also used the laundry service which was quick and efficient. The gentleman at the desk was always very helpful, polite and smiled every time he saw us. The breakfast was ample and delicious, beautiful sit down area to eat at. We were served both tea and coffee which was a nice touch. On our last day we left before breakfast time but we were given a warm breakfast sandwich and fruit to go. The gentleman waited with us outside to make sure we were picked up. He was great. We loved it!

We arrived early morning having got the overnight train so really appreciated the warm welcome and being able to get breakfast on arrival & an early check-in. Our room was great - spacious and much better facilities than we’d had at considerably more expensive hotels elsewhere in Vietnam. Tom Travel also really helpful in organising a day trek and return transport to Hanoi.

Wow I booked a double room with balcony and we were asked if we would like a room with a better view. Both rooms though were massive and we looked in a few others and they all looked similar with lots of room. It looked like the photos and still in relatively good condition and clean. Liked the little table and bench seats. Bathroom ok. Nice view. Windows slide open to cool the room down. Didn't notice any mosquitos. Heard the odd bus toot through the night but not really a problem. Breakfast was filling with an omelette and baguette cut up into pieces with butter and jam, plus some fruit and tea/coffee. Staff were great and whilst we struggled to understand one of the staff a little bit, he was so helpful and booked bus tickets for us and looked after us whilst we were there. Thankyou for a great stay and would definitely stay again if we ever came back to Sapa. There's a small market/shop just across the road that sells water and beer!

The only thing and Im struggling to think of much but the aircon dosent work too well. We actually got hot at night, but it wasn't a major and also there is a little bar / restaurant area upstairs near the entrance. It could probably do with renovating as it didnt' feel structurally very sturdy but offered a wee view of the street. The downstairs restaurant was fin

HOME Feels ❤️ - Hotel was very clean! Spacious room with a nice view with Comfortable and Huge bed - Accommodating and very kind Host, - Great breakfast (Omelette w bread, Chicken/ Beef Noodle Soup); - BEST COFFEE! (We even bought their beans bcs it was too good!) - Value for money! Walking distance to Sun Plaza and Sapa Centre! We got to explore a lot :)

Wish we stayed here and in SaPa longer!!!! 🥹

Extremely kind host, the room is spacious and clean, good breakfast and good location.

Winter is a bit cold in Sapa, and out AC in the room was no able to warm up the big room properly. Usually there is a small fire in the outside lobby and the smoke goes everywhere within the building.

Best part about the hotel was the owner. He is a one man show and very friendly. Allowed early checking at 6:00 a.m In the morning. The rooms were spacious and super clean. Hotel is located very close to market as well as Fansipan tram station. Breakfast was also as per our taste and included eggs, fruits, coffee and fried rice. Will visit this place again if ever coming to stay at Sapa.

If I were to spot any issue then it was lack of lift, especially if you have senior citizens travelling with you, although staff helps take luggage up

Great location directly in Sapa. Spacious room with big windows. Air condition could luckily also heat up as it was pretty cold during my visit. Free water every day. Wifi worked seamless. Breakfast options from Asian (Pho) and Eggs, all made on request. When I left on my last day and I couldn't really have breakfast because it was so early they even made me a bag with a Egg Banh Mi, some apples and water - I didn't request anything. They were really nice and friendly here.

The doors to the rooms don't really block outside noise from other guests and there were some pretty loud families running around. The bathroom needs some renovation as the rain shower barely held in the wall.

We booked this hotel only for one night only just to spend a night somewhere close to the sapa center and it totally exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious, bright, clean. Nice shower. Tv with Netflix and other services. Very comfortable bed. Great location short walk to the city center. Basic breakfast included in the price. Nice owner

Beautiful views, friendly owners who even made us a takeaway breakfast on the day we left. The location was perfect to walk to the main attractions and the breakfast’s delicious… the chicken pho was my favourite
