Highly recomended hotel to chose in Sa Pa. At first we had mixed feelings, as the hotel is a bit oldschool and there was problem with water and room temperature. But the gentleman from the reception supported us, changed some settings in the room and it was fine. He was very helpful and nice during whole stay. The localozation is great, very close to city center and train station to Fansipan, but you cannot hear noises from the centre. When it comes to the oldschool part, the whole Sa Pa and all other hotels seem to be the same, so this the charm of the city.

I recently stayed at Elegance Hotel Sapa and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and extremely helpful, making check-in quick and smooth.Early checked in was priceless. Came 5am and checked in 7am without any charge. Special thank to Andy the receptionist so helpful and polite. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—plush bedding, modern amenities, and a fantastic view. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the around the area highlights, like restaurant, gym, spa,, which added so much value to the experience. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location-wise, it's perfectly situated—close to Sapa Train Station yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, this was a five-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the center, making it super convenient to walk to the market, restaurants, and all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the beautiful view from the room. I could see both the mountains and the town, especially stunning during sunrise and sunset. The Hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city in a quiet area. The rooms are very clean and confortable. The restaurant is very good with a large choices of vietnamese food. The people are very welcoming and proffessional. I highly recomand this nice and cosy hôtel

Some of the electric outlets in the room were difficult to use.(Maybe we weren't used to it.) But the number is enough!!

The room I booked was beyond my imagination, it was super big. There are also many local restaurants near the hotel. The hotel owner is super nice. She also introduced many attractions and local restaurants. She also helped me a lot and helped me find the bus back to Hanoi. If you want to go to Sun Plaza, it only takes a few minutes by walk. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
