The room was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is also perfect that close to the main attractions but still peaceful. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back if I’m in Sapa again!

A fabulous stay! The location is excellent, providing easy access to everything. The staff was impeccable, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, especially Pho. The room are very clean and well decorated, ensuring a great night of rest. Would definitely return in the next visits

Too short stay 🥲

The host is amazing. They helped me arrange everything: trekking tours, ticket to Fansipan, bus to my next destination, gave me the advice. They are so nice and they would do everything for the guests. The location is a little bit uphill from the centre, which is perfect so you don’t hear the notice.

Location was great, a short walk from the central part of the city. Room was big with a city view. Staff were very helpful and nice. Laundry service was good. Breakfast was nice.

We had a problem with the hot water in the shower but they fixed it immediately.

Highly recommend, amazing couple that run this hotel, nothing is too much effort for them. Gave us loads of tips on what to do and an amazing breakfast in the morning to get you started!

The hosts were very kind and hospitable. They did their best to make my stay pleasant. The location is calm and still only 5-10 minutes to the touristic central part of the town.

I was upgraded, and the bed was very comfortable. Great for short term.

Establishment run by a family with young children, where everyone calls each other loudly. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep early.
