The place was a gem for me, it exceeded my expectation plus it is not costly. The location was walking distance to most of the restaurants and other tourist spots which we loved and very convenient for my family with elders and children. The rooms are exactly as what is advertised: clean, comfy, very homey and with a very nice mountain view that you will loved. The breakfast are buffet style, although there are not a lot of options to choose from, the food are delicious and very sumptious. The staffs are very friendly and caters to all your needs. If ever we will be back again in Sapa Vietnam, I will definitely choose this place again.

We had a pleasant stay at Saparis Hotel. They gave us free upgrade to family room with balcony. The room is sparkling clean, the bed is comfortable and the Sapa lake view is amazing! We are a group of 3 people and the room is spacious enough for us. Our reservation already includes breakfast and we got a cheap room price, truly a best deal.

The only downside is that it’s located a bit uphill so be mindful if you’re planning to go on foot and bring big luggages. You also have to pay additional fees if you want to check-in early.

Minimal places to sit and relax in your room, needs to be outside on garden chair or on your bed. Shower is challenging, it leaks, no floor mat provided and it gets quite wet outside. Also no hand towels, and nowhere to hang towels to dry. Very firm beds with bedding that doesn't fit. If you don't like stairs or big hills this is not the place for you.

Location is perfect. In the centre but still not in the middle of the chaos. Very comfortable bed. Owner helped booking transfers to different sightseeing spots. They drove me back to the bus station for free. Breakfast not the best, but still did. Make sure to get there on time because other than that they run out of food and don't replace it.

Our host, Trang who made our six day stay a pleasure. The hotel is in a great location with great views close to the Fansipan Mountain cable car station, restaurants, cafes and the “neon central” area beside the lake. Trang made great recommendations as to what areas of Sapa to visit and when was the best time to go up the mountain.

Great location, stunning view from the balcony overseeing the lake and the mountains. The staff were super helpful and professional. They were attentive to my needs and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Rented a bike which was one of the services offered by the hotel and it’s hassle-free. If i ever came back, i would definitely stay here again.

No elevator. But only 5 floors high so all good!

Everything is perfect. The comfortable bed,the accomodations in the hotel. The staff was super helpful and received great service. The view was nice,i get city+lake view and mountain view. Location very close to city center/walking distance to sun plaza. Just use short cut in front of the hotel then you are in the city center already. Very calm and cozy area near accomodation. Great service from the hotel staff, very responsive to our request. Clothing iron is available upon request and they took care of their guest in a very professional manners. The staff help us to arrange for transportation to lao chai train station with shuttle bus from hotel with affordable price.

The view from my room was perfect. Can see sunrise in the morning.perfect for time lapse video. Would be nicer if the room is full mountain view.

Staff members are friendly, helpful and considerate. We learned about the Hmong culture, which was wonderful and the Boss was kind enough to inform us of recent developments in the Community. Food at breakfast was satisfactory and the food and drinks served at the restaurant of the same name were excellent. The views from our room were changing, fascinating and beautiful. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each afternoon.

Excellent staff. Our bus into Sapa was delayed and we didn't arrive till past midnight. But the staff at Saparis were responsive to me updating the arrival time on the booking app several times and were there to greet us even when we arrived later than expected. Friendly service and very accommodating to our questions. Great and quiet location. 4 minutes away from the main road via a 'stair shortcut' and very close to a wonderful vegan restaurant. Lovely view of the lake and surrounding buildings.

I personally didn't dislike anything but it's worth noting: - there's no elevator, so it was fine for our backpacks but may be more challenging if you have rolling luggage - guests are instructed not to flush toilet paper. Again, we didn't have a problem but this is useful to know

The view from our top floor room was stunning, much better than expected. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff will gladly help you carrying the luggage upstairs. Location wise - couldn't be better for those commuting to different spots in Sa Pa, bus stop, Fansipan train station - everything is just steps away.

The breakfast space looks a bit run down, but the selection was decently diverse
