I had the best and most comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Staff is friendly, and helpful. There is an elevator and it was possible to check-in an hour early without an extra cost. As far as I know, the building is accessible 24h. It is safe there, and there are cameras. You get a key card for your room. The WIFI was fast. The hotel is very clean - spotless. Location is perfect, its close to everything. It is uphill, so you get a little workout when heading back to the hotel. There are stairs to take down hill and the uphill road, but there are restaurants very close if you don't want to go all the way down. The hotel also has a restaurant, but I didn't eat there. The room is spacious and very quiet, I did however stub my toe against the bed base a few times. :) The bed is big and there is a couch to relax on while watching TV or to admire the view. There is Viet and English channels. The bed and pillows are very very comfortable, I got great rest. At the entrance of the room there is a place to hang your clothes, but no shelve to put it on. They do supply 2 big umbrellas and slippers. The lighting in the room is well, and natural light too. You can open the window and there are balcony doors. My balcony (with one chair) faced the road/trees, but the window had a view of other hotels and the square. A kettle, cups, instant coffee and water was supplied for free. There is also a small fridge and a safe in the room. Big mirror by the desk. Power sockets and bedside tables next to the bed. There is an aircon, but I did not use it. The bathroom had a hairdryer, clean towels and toilet paper (given when room is cleaned), hand soap, body wash and shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton buds and a big mirror. There is an extractor fan in the bathroom. The water temperature and pressure was great. Shower head removable but not adjustable. No rooftop/pool and no mosquitoes. Value for money. Overall vibe/beauty is great.

No bedside lamps. No spoons for the coffee. The shower was a bit small/cramped.

A cute small hotel with amazing views of Sapa. The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. My room had a balcony and 3 large windows to watch the rolling clouds and mountains in Sapa. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was reliable in the cold climate. They also provided complimentary umbrellas. The staff were helpful and happy. The hotel is very relaxed and laid back. If you turn right when leaving the hotel there are a set of stairs that lead you directly to the heart of Sapa where the church, restaurants and shops are. I have included photos of the view from the windows of the family room.

A great hotel for such good value!! The room was very spacious, and clean. Beds were made everyday and fresh towels for the bathroom everyday. The location is much quieter being a side street from the main streets yet only a couple minutes to walk to the heart of Sapa. Easy to get anywhere walking on foot from this hotel. We did all restaurants, shopping and hiking on foot from the hotel. Shower was warm or cold as need with good flow and toiletries available. The day and night receptionists both very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The day receptionist recommended some great things for us to see and do in the area.

The shower does not drain well so the bathroom can flood, this has caused some mould. The shower drain would do better if it was cleared during cleaning, and the whole bathroom a clean with vinegar to help the mould. It wasn't a lot, so we didn't mind.

Smallish hotel, good value. Tam at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There would have been a nice view had the weather been better. It could have been cleaner but it was ok. Breakfast not included but lots of options in the town. Laundry was cheap, quick and came back fresh and nicely folded Main issue for me was the location. It's almost above the centre but to reach, it takes a climb of over 100 steps. We were able to get grabs back, so not a major issue. Just be aware if you are not good with steps. We didn't arrive until after 12 o'clock at night.I had informed the hotel but the night porter was fast asleep and we had major problems waking him to get into our room.

location was perfect in town, there is saml hil you need to walk aroung 100 m,or less , morning staff can speek english , i paid with my visa card , but they charge 3% , that the rolls in all Vietnam hotels , so better to pay in Cash , brakfast was very light , egg and bread and bytter with jam and coffe or tea , they is evevator in the hotel , i stay in the 8 floor room, see my picture form my balkony .

for those who loves buffet Breakfast , you can go to next door panorama Hotel , and buy from them it cost 3$ per person .

Stayed for 3 nights with my family of 4. We had both city and mountain views—absolutely gorgeous! The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. The property is close to the city center but tucked away from the busy main road, which I really appreciated—quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was impressive. I got a great deal through Booking.com. Staff were friendly, and Google Translate came in very handy. Overall, I loved this place and highly recommend it!

Good value for money (~USD28 per night). Spacious triple room. The two comfortable chairs and table were a very useful addition to the room. Comfortable bed. Pillows weren't too bad. Reception staff had little English but went to great lengths to sort out any problems. Quiet location with short walk to town.

No breakfast (not necessarily a bad thing as you can find something interesting in town). Fridge wasn't very cold. Quite noisy on weekends. Some mould in bathroom.

The rooms were spacious and had great views from the balcony. Loved the decor and the bathroom! and the beds were comfortable bottles of water tea and coffee were available in the rooms and in the reception area there was always a lovely jug of green T available which was a nice gesture! Breakfast was good with a few options the location was excellent, just had to walk down a few steps and you were in the town with several cafes and restaurants just a 2 min walk Loi the manager was very attentive and helpful I would definitely recommend

The staff gave amazing recommendations and even let us shower and rest after we had checked out when we returned from a full day of trekking. We were able to walk there from the bus stop. We arrived in the middle of the night but staff were there to let us in. The included breakfast was satisfying and delicious with fresh fruit, tea and coffee and lots of maindish choices both Asian and western. Lots of special touches. Great location near the town center and the funicular to Mt. Fancipan. Air conditioning was perfect. The family room had enough for all 4 of us and free water, too. And try the tea! It’s unique and flavorful.

The room was very big and comfortable, the shower was separated from toilet with a glass. The balcony had a nice view of the main square. The hotel staff at the reception was very helpful in arranging the bus transportation and excursions in Sapa region, as well as helping us with getting taxi. The breakfast was very good, and the location very central and convenient. We very much appreciated that they let us use the room after the chuckout time, as the weather was rainy and cold on that day.

The weather is often cold, rainy and foggy in the Sapa region in March, so warm clothes is needed. Luckily the hotel had heating in the rooms.
