The location of the hotel is perfect. Fansipan Legend is a must do and the train station to get there is right next to the hotel. Mr.Thomas and Ms.Yuna helped us with the check-in and upgrades for the room. They were very helpful with information about the town and places of interest. Do not miss the apple tea they serve at the reception. Our rooms had an amazing view of the city square. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was outstanding, a special mention of Ms.Lucie who ensured we got enough vegetarian options and also arranged for nice lemongrass and ginger tea. The rooftop bar has a nice vibe and beautiful view of the town

The hotel is in the heart of the city and very close to shops, restaurants and the the train station to the cable car. The rooms were very comfortable and in a decent size. Very friendly staff and really helpful.

We had two rooms and one room didn't have window, which I didnt notice when we booked the hotel, so, this is a nogo in the future beacuse of security reasons, in case, something happening. (Which I hope does not!)

The Deluxe triple room facing the city is perfect, bed was comfy, breakfast has many choices, the staffs also nice and very helpful. Best location, just across the Sunplaza Sapa Station. My big thanks for Ms. Yuna (FO Manager) and Jayce for helped us to find alternate transportation as our limousine from Sapa to Hanoi cancelled by agent in the very last minute (due no car available even we bought it one month before our trip start!!!). You knew how panic I was at that night. Once again, thank you much.

The highlight for this Hotel is the breakfast. Im so amazed by their food selection and everything is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give us takeout breakfast for our last night because we have to checkout early in the evening to catch the sleeper bus. Very good value for my money. Very convenient location close to the center.

Hotel is centrally located in Sapa town centre and just across the road from Sun Plaza Sapa where we took Moang Hoa Train to cable car station to go up to Fansipan. Hotel staff are friendly.

My room’s shower gel dispenser bottle didn’t work. Glad to hear that they were replacing all the shampoo and shower gel dispenser bottles.

Location of the hotel is amazing. The staff were very obliging and any issues we had they were quick to try and resolve. Also the staff spoke very good English and advised us on tours. The breakfast was good and wait staff excellent in the restaurant and sky bar.

We had problem with our hot water. The staff were quick to try and resolve it but we had a few cool showers before it was really resolved.

I like everything. It is clean, comfortable and staffs are very friendly and helpful especially a guy called THOMAS THUC (FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR). He is always asking if we need help or something. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks and best regards

Nothing to be honest

Location, ,ovation, location - simply can’t be beat when staying in Sapa. Very quiet room due to both layout of the floor I was on and very solid construction.

The room (one bedroom executive city view) only had one window which opened to a back alley. Although extensive cocktail menu in the bar, no draft beers and limited bottle options. No cold glasses for beer.

The executive room was spacious. Received a basket with welcome fruit. Extraordinary Italian manager who is a perfect person for this job. Good housekeeping Perfect rooftop bar.

Breakfast is 90% Asian.....
