The hotel was conveniently located - a few steps to the funicular station and to restaurants. The breakfast is excellent, especially the pho with 3 choices of meat, and at least five varieties of fresh fruits, ie grapefruit, dragon fruit, watermelon, pineapple, banana, and orange. The receptionist, Mr. Dap, is also very helpful and very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

On our last night, our shower room ran out of hot water and we had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water tank to fill up. It was a minor inconvenience and happened only once.

From the moment we planned our trip to Sapa, the hotel's superb customer service was evident. The front desk receptionist, who we later learned was the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, despite the challenging weather. The hotel's central location in town made it incredibly convenient for us to explore all the major sightseeing points on foot. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The room feels a bit dated. Additionally, we were not pleased with the lack of a partition between the shower and the toilet. The water from the shower tends to dampen the toilet paper, even though they tried to cover it with a case.

Super convenient location and caring staff! Location: literally a few mins walk to Sun Plaza and town center. Since we went on October (cold season), we enjoyed walking outside until night time. We didn’t have to worry much about transportation - which also made us save $$$. Staff: Mr. Dao & Ms. Thuy were both very nice and helpful. They also assisted us in booking our bus back to Hanoi which we appreciate a lot. Breakfast: Good selection of breakfast that you’ll order on the spot so they serve it hot. The breakfast area feels homey (nothing fancy but comfortable) since it’s on their ground floor. Room: Had very comfortable sleep and they also did housekeeping daily. Just had a challenge with the toilet since it’s pretty close to the wall but other than that, we had a great stay.

If I had an option I would rate this hotel 6 stars!!! We had such a lovely stay in this hotel, especially because mr. Dao and his family. They were so nice, kind and always smiling. In addition, mr. Dao helped us so much in planning our tour in Sapa. He ordered us tickets to attractions and sleeper bus and also find us a linked driver that took us from place to place. The hotel has a great location with beautiful view to the mountains, and the rooms are very spacious and clean.

I like the location, it was in the center of Sapa, the shops and restaurants are just in the vicinity. The owner, Mr Dao was very accommodating and very polite, and the breakfast was very good also. The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay for our 3 night stay with my family. When we checked out early in the morning, I was surprised that Mr Dao had even a sandwich for each of us, that was so kind of him. Thank you very much Mr Dao.

This hotel is highly recommended and is a prefect place to stay in Sapa, Vietnam. Located in the city center, very close to the train station/Sapa Station to go to Fansipan peak, Notre Dame Cathedral/the Stone Church, Sapa Lake and various restaurants. Only about 2.1km to Cat-Cat Village. The hotel owners, Mr Toàn and Madam Ha, was very a welcoming and pleasant. I checked in the afternoon around 5pm and was given a free upgrade to a room with a window with a view. After Sapa, I went to Hanoi in the evening, I asked for a late check-out and was given until 8pm with half of the room price. While waiting for my sleeper bus to come to pick me up, they served me local cakes and also gave me some snacks and a bottle of mineral water for my journey. I thank Mr. Toàn and Madam Ha for being so kind and nice to me during my stay. Will definitely come back to stay in the future 👍

We love how the hotel is near to the top attractions in Sa Pa. Mr. Dao and Mr. Weachtoni are very hospitable to us and very kind always smiling, always asking if we are okay or if do we need anything. The breakfast is exceptional, I personally love it all. Additionally, before we go to Ha Noi, they even give us snacks and bottled water to eat on the bus, they are very thoughtful. We really recommend SAPA KING HOTEL.

Perfect hotel for your stay in sapa! Close to everything but far away enough from the nightlive to not be bothered by the noise (especially if you take a mountain view room) The people are so kind and sweet! They are always there to help you. They will book tickets for you to fansipan (at the same price as online), help you book a motorbike,… After our checkout we could leave our luggage and before the nighttrain we could take a shower in an empty room. They even had a little package ready for us with some water and cookies for the train :)

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was 10/10 they cook fresh for you and can eat as much as you like. They help you book travel for your next stay aswell

I wanted to make a cup of coffee and there were ants and bugs all around the kettle which was quite disturbing. I did ask for a new kettle and for the room to be cleaned which was no problem. Besides that was a really good stay

The service and the hospitality of the hotel staff. Mr Dao and Ms Thuy were very helpful though our trip here was disrupted by the Trami Storm. Mr Dao helped book a sleeping bus for us to return to Hanoi, he prepared water bottles and snacks for each of us to bring to the bus. Very grateful for his thoughtfulness. Breakfast is served hot and kitchen takes in personal order.

Hotel located at a slope so may not be very suitable for those who can't walk far.
