The Hotel is in a great location, rooms are large, the beds comfortable, even though far from luxury. No lifts, no central heating, I used the hair dryer to warm up the room a bit, however, cold hotel rooms are common in Sa Pa. I didn't ask the manager, who is a lovely and kind person, for a heater, which he would probably have provided. In any case, for the money it's a fantastic deal close to many attractions cafes and bars. Mind that on google maps the address is wrong, so in the grab app, better use Hotel Horizon next door as reference. It's next to a beautiful vegan restaurant/cafe, where vegan and not can have a lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very good price. I will probably go back there if I needed to return to Sa Pa City.

We arrived late at night and were able to check in. Breakfast was included and you get a menu to choose from. They offered to book a ticket to fansipan for us for no extra cost. They let us keep the room for the whole day at the check out day so we could leave our luggage there, go exploreing and have a shower before checking out in the evening. The room was very spacious and they had heating mattresses that made the bed extra comfy.

The pice was really, really cheap so we didn't expect much. But other than some mold on the wall (guess it's not unusual when u are literally living in the clouds half of the year) it was fine.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Without being asked, they cleaned my muddy shoes after a hike. They let me in the room earlier than check-in time. They booked a transfer and taxi for me. All of this, free of charge. Very generous. Last but not least, they let me pay with a credit card without the 3% surcharge typical in Vietnam. It is super central, good value for money.

To communicate, we ended up using a translator. But it's fun and uncomplicated.

The manager welcomed us with hot tea when we arrived at 6 am. We couldn’t check in immediately because all rooms were full, but they allowed us to check in as soon as a room became available. It was cleaned and ready for us quickly. One bed had an electric heater which was much appreciated in the february cold. Our breakfast was delicious - the pancake was especially tasty! The manager and family were so friendly and helpful, their warmth made up for the outdoor chill.

A heater in the room would have been great the days we were there.

Everything. The staff was amazing! Nice, kind, jenerouse and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed, they took our bags upstairs, booked us tickets for the train and cable car, the took care of our laundry (in cheap price and great service) and he even gave me a pineapple when I couldn't find where to buy one..:) The location is the best, very central and close to everything. The room was comfortable and worth the price and beyond.

We loved everything.

Very nice stay, we felt here very comfortable. The family owning this hotel is so welcoming, speaking perfect English. They prepared us breakfast because it was too rainy to go out and they let us try local fruits. We at least bought something small from their shop to thank them for their generosity. The hotel is located in the city center. You can rent a motor bike here, book a trip or transport to the next destination.

You can find some marks after a mold but the mold is not there anymore. The air is really nice and fresh in the rooms.

Host Pham was always very friendly and helpful, and even invited me to have dinner with his family and to try Vietnamese whiskey :) He also helped me to arrange everything I needed, guided tour, Fansipan ticket and bus to Ha Giang. It's a budget hostel, so room was basic and looked old, but bed was pretty comfortable. Location is amazing, practically in the center of everything.

Room was little bit run down and smelled weird

We used it for a day use because we arrived in sapa very early and needed to take a shower and rest a bit. It is good value for the price and quite central. But don't expect too much.

There was a lot of construction noise from nearby. And the windows are closed by neighboring buildings, so no natural light. But again, the price reflects these defects.

The receptionists were always really friendly and ready to give us suggestions about what to do in Sa Pa. They also respected our wish to not book any tours and gave us other valid options. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel is at a very good position, close to Sa Pa SSB as well.
