It was worthy of a 4-star hotel, even to European standards, I would say. Location, service, rooms, cleanness, everything great 👍 The facility is also pretty modern, which is nice. You got a very decent bathroom in the rooms, and the breakfast caters to every taste. Also, the best spa I visited in Vietnam is so far.

I give only a 9 and not a 10 because the rooftop pool was a bit disappointing. It looked a little run down, and the bar on the rooftop was pretty lifeless, which is sad given the stunning view. The gym that was advertised was also closed.

I had an incredible stay at Amazing Hotel in Sapa! The view of the mountains from the room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide selection that catered to all tastes. I was particularly impressed with the events held at the hotel for Independence Day, which added a unique and festive touch to our stay. The indoor pool was a great bonus, providing a lovely way to unwind. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Bich, who was exceptionally helpful and made us feel truly welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Amazing Hotel for anyone visiting Sapa—whether you're here for the views, the comfort, or the outstanding service, this hotel has it all!

Clean Room, very “Attentive Staff”, lovely views from the Room & also from our Breakfast Dining area, Omelettes were Delicious. Balcony you could dine with superb views. Lovely Staff member “Bich” helped taking photos, & couldn’t do enough for us including providing us with our favourite Black Tea ! Also Special Thanks to Tiget. Room Cleaning Supervisor that found ties to wrap up our overzealous shopping & helped us to tie up everything to fit into our Bags before checking out ! 😇 Very Caring Team of Staff 😊🇻🇳💋

Nothing Really Negative to say. All in All we agreed my Friend & I would come back & stay here . We also checked out a couple of other Hotels in town & found them not up to the Standard of Anazing Hotel !!

The hotel was situated on the fringe of the city area and was about a 2km walk from the centre of town. The hotel was modern and had great views. We were up graded to a corner room which was larger with nice views. We would not have accepted this if we had of known that the room we were moved to had the shower over a bath tub and not a walk in shower like the room that we originally booked. Internet was a little patchy. Breakfast was OK.

We did not like the shower being situated over the bath tub. I am surprised that a modern classy hotel would place the shower over a bath as this is difficult to enter and not safe.

The property is located in the heart of town which gives you opportunity to get to restaurants, shops and easy walk into town centre. It’s name speaks for itself, it is truly amazing hotel. We loved to stay here. It was quiet and peacfull with beautiful views from our room. Breakfast was super delicious and their own restaurant had a awesome quality food! Staff are very helpful and welcoming, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would reccomend to anyone! ❤️

Nothing, all was amazing!

Comfortable bed, although was just two singles pushed together and kept separating. Breakfast was reasonable. The pho was amazing on the first day, but must have changed the following two days as wasn’t nice at all. Close enough to local sapa, however bit of a walk.

Nothing to do with this Hotel, but sapa was terrible for people trying to sell you things on the street and following you along asking you to buy things. They even wait outside the ATM for people to get money out, then follow down the street

Decently big variety of breakfast options, yoghurt especially was good. Staff were kind and helpful, going the extra mile to offer assistance when the opportunity arose. Hotel was overall clean, and the soap provided in the room was nice smelling. Location was good - decently central, yet not noisy.

Massage environment could be improved - for instance, by using a stronger aromatic scent. Breakfast quality was at times a little lower than expected

Good and friendly service, Staff can speak English. Great breakfast spread comes with room. Easy access, convenient and good restaurants in town. Walking distance to city centre, Sun Plaza, Ham Rong park, Moana, Cat Cat village and had a great view of the terrace paddy field valley. We can see Fansipan from our room window. Hotel also has a spa and massage in B3 called Lavendar Spa. We did the full body massage and it was good and inexpensive. Must try.

The location was great . Out of the main traffic and amazing view. Try to book the 6th floor its close to observation desk. They had a good breakfast . I would stay there again for sure.

It was hard to find anything wrong . Here is what i came up with.The bed was 2 dubble beds pushed together.there was that crach in the middle. They had tubs not walk in showers . The inside of the tub was not even with the bathroom floor.

The room was very spacious, neat, and with a nice view of the mountains surrounding the village. The bathroom was the best we had during our time in Vietnam, it was really good. Cleaning was also really good. Best was probably the reception staff, they were really helpful and kind. They helped us with getting taxi's and recommending restaurants and things to see in the area. Would definitely recommend going here!
