- The lady on the front desk is very lovely, she upgraded us into a bigger room with a window for two of our three nights and we loved it. - Nearby to lots of restaurants and cafes and the Fansipan monorail station - Very safe and cosy atmosphere to the place - Air conditioning in the rooms worked great - Beds comfy

- The shower in one of the rooms we stayed in was a little weak, and in the other room it got a lot of water on the floor - Breakfast was lovely but would be nice to have a few extra choices (small buffet of fruit or pastries) as it wasn’t very filling

The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient to get to anywhere; the facilities are excellent, especially the bathroom, which I was very happy with—the bathroom is the most important thing for me when choosing a hotel; it was very quiet at night, allowing me to sleep peacefully; the breakfast was delicious; and I really liked the owner's 3-year-old daughter—she's adorable, well-behaved, and friendly! She even opened the hotel door for me; I looked forward to seeing her every day.

The staff and Juliana were more than helpful and helped us organising our tracking trip. They were able to accommodate us when we wanted to extend our stay. The area is very good and an easy walk (up hill to to the main area of Sapa. Close to the train station to go up to Fansipan. The beds when we first sat on them were very hard but in actual fact we all slept well. There are the rooms at the back that have no windows so be warned if you want a window or balcony door to get the front rooms. The windowless rooms were quite small but the front rooms had a view and are huge and airy and worth the extra money. I had to work for one day during my stay and was reliant on their wifi which worked well. There is no lift so be warned if you have big bags. However, they happily helped take the bags up for you. We also had laundry done while we were there and it was super speedy as it is all done on-site. Our aircon worked well but know one of the other rooms had issues. Also we had plenty of power points. So charging was not an issue.

The stairs. But that is everywhere in Sapa.

The location is great. Good value for money, very clean. We arrived in Sapa at 3am, Juliana and her staff helps us for the late check in. Juliana is very helpful and informative in arranging our needs during our stay in Sapa. The bathroom floor was very slippery, but slippers were provided to avoid slipping. Will definitely stay here again 😊

There's no elevator. Though it's fine for us, but it would be uncomfortable for the elderly and people with disabilities.

The place was incredible, it was really a wonderful experience which we recommend 100% the staff was very friendly from our arrival, they help you with absolutely everything. So you can count on them 24 hours a day, It is a great location because you are close to the central part where you can find restaurants, shops, ATMs, nightclubs, and at night it is a very good plan to go for a walk because the lights on the street make it look incredible. Juliana is a great person and she will help you with absolutely everything, and if she is not there, her mom and her little brother are very attentive for whatever you need.

I booked the cheapest room, although I did not realize that there were no windows or AC. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room for only a few quid more, which ended up being a spacious room with a nice view!

The sleeper bus I booked via them was not what I was expecting as it was probably the worst experience I had in Vietnam, although this is probably not their fault but next time I'll do some more research before booking it!

Really great location just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Sapa, close to lots of restaurants as well. The property has a very homely feel and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s such good value for money!!

The shower head holder for the wall was broken so we had to hold the shower head. There was also an occasional smell of damp and must but nothing too major.

Mrs. Juliana, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, I booked a trek to Fansipan through the homestay and this was very well arranged, as was the booking for my return trip to Hanoi! In addition, she also speaks good English which made communication smooth. The room itself is comfortable. I traveled during winter, and it can get quite cold in sapa. The heater in the room was very welcome and keeps you warm. It's also obvious that a lot of attention has been paid to details: an extra night light, a colorful room that quickly makes you happy, beautiful posters, the whole made me feel at home! With regard to the location, the homestay is located in a quiet street. It's close to restaurants and shops but you don't get the noise of all the traffic on the main street. I would definitely recommend it.

Right now I can't think of anything.

The staff are amazing, very nice and helpful. The location is also great.

My room got easily cold, maybe because there was no sunlight (no window). Also, it could have been a bit cleaner - there were some hair and stains on the bed linens and towels. The air conditioning could also use some cleaning. But nothing unbearable, considering it's a homestay and not a fancy hotel, it is still good value for money.

The homestay is somewhat old but is clean. You have an option to choose a room with balcony but i opted for the room without one. The AC doesnt work tho but its just okay to use the fan cause it’s cold already. Very near the restaurants and is at least a 10 minute walk to Sapa Center. The staff were very accommodating and always greeting you when you passes by them. I left my luggage at the reception area during the check out at 12nn and came back at 8pm.
