Really nice and spacious room. Bed was super comfortable and cleaners came round each day to see if I needed the room cleaned. Was super clean and a nice room in a really good location, tucked away on a side street so you don’t get too much street noise. Wanted to extend my booking it was so nice!

Walls were quite thin so could hear a bit of noise from other guests when they were in the hallways

The hotel is located under the highway, so you have to take your suitcase down the stairs. When you go home, you are assisted by female staff.

Receptionist was very kind and helpful, Location is nearby to centre, Facilities were okay...

It's a bit noisy with the other room mates, some problems with the hot water, It gets too hot and too cold all of the sudden

Comfortable bed with good light coming in. Nice modern bathroom. Inviting room with nice color pattern.Staff was great, very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Thao even came and found me when I couldn’t find the place. The location is great and convenient.

Room was a bit smaller than the pics lead to believe but the large bathroom makes up for it. Not a great view from the window in my room. Hot water works but need to gauge it carefully or it can be very hot.

Excellent location. Very near to the Train station that takes us to Fansipan Cable car station.

The mattress is very hard.
