The staff was so wonderful! I finished a sunrise hike summitting Fansipan and I asked if I could check in early after the cable car back down and I was able to check in mid-morning. I also was feeling a little sick the next day when checking out and they allowed me to stay a couple hours later. That was so kind of them! I greatly appreciated it! The room was wonderful and as soon as I arrived, the door was open and ready for me and the room looked amazing and smelled so nice! The room was warm enough for me in the winter and the shower was great. Honestly, if I were to stay in Sa Pa again, I'd stay here for the entire week. Price was great. Location was great. Everything was wonderful!

I recently stayed at Hotel Bonjour, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place is incredibly clean, with a high standard of maintenance that was noticeable throughout my stay. The service was also top-notch—staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s ideally situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights was the laundry service, which was by far the best I’ve ever had. Everything came back perfectly cleaned and neatly pressed, exceeding my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bonjour for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay with outstanding service.

I don't know why there are any negative reviews at all for this place. The family who owns this place are extremely sweet people and way too cooperative. And the room that I booked was perfect. And Air conditioning had heating option aswell which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed my stay. And the plus point is they have elevator. Everything about this place was perfect. And this is my genuine review.

Good hosts, centrally located close to everything. Kind and provide answers and assistance to any question.

Some rooms have a slight smell of dampness, some due to lack of ventilation. Something suitable for a short stay of a day or two. The hosts give solutions

The room was very spacious and very clean. It was well furnished with armchairs, tabe and storage space. The bathroom was also very good with all the toiletries. The hotel is in a quiet location, not on a main street near a bar or club. Shops and restaurants all close by, as was the station to Mt Fansipan. A good brisk walk to the Cat Cat tourist village.

Unfortunately, there is no breakfast on offer. I always like to eat on site and have a coffee, even if it's only a limited or set menu. It's always a nice way to get to know the host and staff. I also like to have a fridge for cold water or some food, especially in hot climates.

Location was a 10/10, really great for staying in Sapa on a budget. Very accessible and friendly staff too. Room can get really cold but thank goodness there's also a heating function from the aircon. Also to note, I forgot to pay because I forgot I selected the 'Pay at Property' selection (oops) and because our travel back to Hanoi was scheduled at 5am so lots of things going on, and they were so courteous and patient about it! Was able to pay with a friend's help in the end.

Toilet can get really cold because our window was slightly open and cant be closed. But for the price, it was still okay.

Our room was very spacious. Good value for money indeed. And the location of the hotel was very ideal as well, right at the heart of Sapa with nearby shops and cafes. 👍 Our host was also very helpful as well, she booked us sleeping bus tickets back to Hanoi and organized to have us picked by a van at the hotel. It made traveling hassle-free for us.

This hotel really close to downtown of Sapa. Really close to Sun Plaza , terminal to Fansipan. Staff really nice and can speak english and they can operate local tour or else. We are family with adult kids with 2 rooms. Here really good price when compare with others nearby. Plus super clean and has elevator but no breakfast included. It s not problem becoz too much local restaurants around that. Super!! 👍 👍

location is good, very close and walking distance to fansipan station and nearby restaurants. They accomodate our request for early check in, and gave us 1 room upgrade. thanks and we appreciated it.

No Staff on the reception 24/7, however communication is easy with them thru Whatsapp.

Spacious room, strategic location, bery close from down town and Zalo the hotel manager was really warm and helpful. She allowed me to early check in as my arrival time in Sapa at around 5.30. Anyway, I guest I had carelessly left one of my t-shirt in the bedroom and it wasn't included in my luggage. I realized it when I opened all my belongings when I arrived in Hanoi
