It's a decent place to stay while in Sapa. The location is just a few walking minutes away to establishments. Safe and quiet environment. Rooms were clean and we had a good view of the monorail. What we love most about our stay is the care and attention we get from owner and staff as well. The owner was very understanding with our requests, thoughtful and generous at all times. I will surely choose D Home Sapa again the next time we visit Sapa.

Just the firm mattress but bearable😊

It’s Home away from home… The property is near to everything, you don’t need to take a Grab or taxi, you can just walk. It’s a homestay and that makes it comfortable, you can cook your own food and use the common kitchen and dining, and to add in, the mountain view is spectacular❤️ You can see the funicular train passing by. The owner & staff are exceptional and they are always available, just a message away and they are always willing to help. Thank you D’Home SaPa for a very memorable stay.

The location had a wide enough left side angle view of the famous red train with a whole glass wall dedicated for viewing. The room was spacious and clean especially the bathroom with strong water pressure, heater working, and even another huge glass window to take in the views of the train while "on business." We were also given complimentary breakfast bahn mihs and the owner was kind enough to install a projector on one of our rooms where we had a baby.

Internet would go off sometimes. We needed it for work so when it slows, we needed to use our phone data. Overall, no other complaints.

The homestay is very accessible, it is near to the town center and many tourist spots. The facilities were also great, the staffs were very attentive to our requests and finally the owner was very responsive to questions and requests. We had a great stay in D Home Sapa, so if you're looking for a place to stay in Sapa do not hesitate to book here.

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about this property.

I had an exceptional one-night stay at D’Home Sapa. From the moment I arrived, the host’s friendliness and assistance were outstanding through Whatsapp. Despite my early arrival, they graciously allowed me to use the bathroom before my official check-in time. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its proximity to the tram made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The safety of the location was also a significant plus. To top it all off, the host surprised me with a delicious traditional banh mi before I checked out, a delightful touch that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend D’Home Sapa for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-appointed place to stay in Sapa.

I choose this property based on Indonesian travelers vlog, this is nice, they have public kitchen and Shower-Toilet (so you can use this before your check-in time if you do your plan to do) and you can leave your luggage there and will be safe because they have a CCTV alot, just take your important items. They provide cash or card payment (but better cash payment in VND). This property are self check in, but on 8.00AM Local time their staff will be ready until 5.00PM to help you to accses your room. So y'll got a WhatsApp message about how to accses the main door. They staff has limited speak in English, but very kind and helpfull and active to comunicate with google translate. You can reach the centre of this town just by walk around 5 minutes (Sapa-SunPlaza). Easy to find ATM, Minimarket, and local food.

First of all its gonna be my first trip to access self check-in hotel. its so weird. But when you understand this is so easy LOL. This property was my first hotel in Vietnam, and i got a hard bed so i was think that is my fault to choose a property but may be this is thei culture of bed, im okay with it. May be form this property can provide a water dispenser on their kitchen for public too.

I love it cause it was very close to tourists spot, souvenir shops and restaurants and it’s just 3-5minutes walk going to Fansipan so it’s very convenient. The room the we got was so beautiful we can really see the mountain view and the monorail i love that there was big windows in room and in the toilet 😅. The staff is accommodating he/she responds quickly when i have questions since it’s self check in hotel.

Maybe because it's like a home the front desk staff is sometimes out of duty and when we checked-out we just left our keycard inside the room. But they're all one call away.

We really enjoyed staying here, truly felt like home 😊 the staff went above and beyond to help us with all the queries. In addition to our rooms we could also use the living room, terrace and washing machine upstairs 👍 the location is just great! The rooms were impeccably clean 👏 I can’t recommend this place enough 🙏 we stayed in room 005, it’s actually 2 rooms with a little kitchen area, perfect for a family. Looked just like on the web.

I like the location. Our room has the view of rail to fansipan. And in some mornings you will get to witness the best view of the sea clouds.

The bed mattress was too hard and the pillows are not good. We are having a hard time sleeping. Also it’s not sound proof you can hear kids or other guests outside the room.
