The hotel itself offers so much to explore, with plenty of Instagrammable areas throughout. The view of the mountains is simply breathtaking. The breakfast area is particularly inviting, boasting spectacular mountain views that will leave you in awe. As for the rooms, they are incredibly spacious, providing more than enough space for comfort. The hotel's unique styling exudes a retreat vibe, making it a truly memorable stay.

When we arrived at the hotel on March 5th, there was construction along the road, making it seem impossible to cross. They offered options - either to stay and receive a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room or to receive a refund. However, we chose to stay at the hotel because we were so tired from the 12-hour trip.

Location is fantastic as it is near Sapa Sun Plaza and central area. You will pass the hotel on your way to CatCat Village. We booked 2 bedroom villa, perched on 9th floor and you get a magnificent mountain view. On a sunny morning you can see the Fansipan from your balcony. Rooms are good sized for a family of 5. Heating works well too and you get a warm bed/room once back from the chilly outings. Cant quite appreciate the art/gallery hotel theme but nice to see bespoke paintings and art showcase all throughout the hotel.

Could be more well lit, I suppose. Maybe it matches the theme. Also, you have to wait 10-15mins for the next person to take a warm shower. Apparently, it takes that much time to heat up.

The location is good. Excellent mountain views. The staff is very helpful, especially the lovely gentleman who's running the breakfast kitchen. Even with the limited knowledge of English, he can win your heart. Breakfast pho is amazing, good variety too. The view from the restaurant deck is top notch. There's a pizza place next door called Chicago. They have amazing pizza which you can smell from the hotel at all times. Go try them.

One of the rooms we got (the family room) did not have a drain for the shower cubicle, instead the water went under the sink on the tile to a drain outside of the cubicle. This made the bathroom floor wet at all times. The exhaust fan worked, but appeared to have no suction, which made the wet floor situation worse. Apart from that, the rooms could have brighter paints and better lighting.

The restaurant there actually has the same-ish price compared to restaurants outside, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were DELICIOUS!! Free breakfast was really nice with both Eastern and Western food, and the design is STUNNING. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the design and architecture here (it's why we booked it!). The place is a literal art gallery and you can learn about all the paintings depicting Sapa. Very elegant hotel. Location is perfect, very short walking distance from the center of Sapa - we went out and back conveniently throughout the day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved it!

The weather was not the most see-through; there were a lot of fog. I know this isn't the property's fault, but just a realistic reminder for other guests to expect that Sapa is a misty town and that there is a chance you can't see all the rolling mountains.

This hotel was recommended by the blogger The Moonlighting Doctor that’s why we tried it. Didn’t disappoint - the hotel was very charming, full of paintings, beautiful courtyard and best staff. The Vietnamese hospitality is really amazing. We booked the sky villa , too spacious for a group of 4 people actually. They should add a small sofa in the hall between the 2 rooms. Location was perfect, albeit, street can get busy at times. Breakfast was simple and basic but it is ok. The pho was great. Coffee not consistently hot.

There is a certain smell in the restaurant - like a clogged drainage smell that comes from the kitchen. Best to eat breakfast outside the restaurant - beautiful views

The hotel wasn’t much to look at from the outside but boy was our anccomodation amazing. We stayed in the two bedroom villa and the view was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were well appointed. As we were travelling with young children we didn’t want to chance it so it was great that the hotel served a good buffet breakfast and delicious meals! The staff were super helpful - we were able to have a very early check-in and very late checkout for an additional charge, which was great as we had travelled to and from Sapa on overnight trains.

We recently spent a few nights at this hotel, and our experience was pleasant. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we had been given complimentary room upgrades to the top floor. The view from our room was nothing short of breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of Sapa and the rice fields. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained facilities that added to our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options. The reception staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. They provided us with detailed maps of the local area and helped us organise our travel plans. In addition the location was very close to Cat Cat village and the Sun Plaza for Fansipan Point. Overall, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

This location is a bit far if you are planning to walk to Ta Van village, apart from that there is nothing bad to note.

We loved the location and atmosphere — what a view from the balcony, and it was very quiet too. The staff were really helpful, especially Trully, who was very kind and attentive. We would love to come back again.

No complaints at all — we loved everything about this place! After staying at the Hanoi Center Silk Hotel (rated 4 stars), we found Cat Cat, which is only rated 3 stars, to be much better in terms of the hotel itself, service, and overall value for money.

Everything was excellent. Stayed 2 nights with my family in the family room no.101. Cleanliness was good. Buffet breakfast was good. Services were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, and nearby, many restaurants were available. Famous Sun Plaza is just 3 minutes walking. Air-conditioned did not warm perfectly. The shower water drainage system should be improved. Electric blanket should be provided for further improvement. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel indeed.

We reserved for 2 rooms, one for three persons, one for two persons. Upon arrival, we were provided with one big room with 2 bedrooms, told that the rooms reserved already taken/full. Despite the size of the room, it didn't corespond with what we reserved for, not to mentioned it was without a nice view. However, the staff reacted quite nicely and quickly, and offered us an upgrade triple room to a family room, with a nice view, which is the main reason for which we chose this hotel. - staffs are very helpful and very friendly. - breakfast good variety
