The location of this hotel is perfect, the views are stunning and the rooms are comfortable. Hot showers, big beds and lovely breakfast. The staff really make the experience ten times better, so smiley and helpful at anytime of day. Nzoc (Martin) was a superstar during our stay and will forever stay in our memories. Thank you!

Staff are all kind and helpful. A special shout out to MR. MARTIN and MS. SUNNY, these 2 have been brilliant with their support, and were always offering their help!;) Also to the rest of the staff, they were all good and friendly people. The staff here will do their best to help you with anything such as our tour options, taxi and places to visit.;) The location itself was perfecr! We had a mountain view with affordable price and it is not far from the sapa square, accessible to laundrette and plenty of good restaurants to choose too, walkable to veittrekking and to sun plaza for easier route to cable car fansipan, a lot of affordable shops and massages..;) We had breakfast included and oh what delectable breakfast they served and of course with an awesome mountain view while we were all having our hot drinks! They even prepped early breakfast for us! We all loved our stay at this hotel! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN WE COME BY TO VISIT! HOTEL was clean plus they had their own infinity pool, it was not that big but the view was great! Thank you so much Sapa Nature view! We all have had a fantastic time in Sapa!;)

The hotel is situated on a hill which is a bit annoying, however, there are nearby shops and restaurants. I liked the room, which is very spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable and there’s a big TV with smart apps. The staff are very helpful. Mr. Anthony was helpful with booking trips.

The restaurant area and bar next door were closed each evening I was there. It would have been perfect to relax at night. Even the billiards table wasn’t playable. There’s some minor repairs needed to help boost this hotel to “boutique” status: broken doorframe, broken towel hanger, ect. Also, the swimming pool upstairs was always empty and the lights turned off after sunset. Not sure if this hotel needs a swimming pool. I would lower the daily rate of this hotel to make the price match other hotels in the area.

My husband and I decided to visit Sapa for a second time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had fantastic stay at Sapa Nature View. We booked the hotel last minute after a horrible experience at another hotel, and we're so glad we found Nature View. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room at no cost to make our anniversary more special. The room was nicely designed, super clean, bathroom with all basic amenities that you would need. 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee refilled every day. Hose keeping did a great job leaving the room spotless every day. The location is perfect. Close to all the attractions. and walking distance to fansipan station, Getting a breakfast buffet included in the price was a great bonus. The food was very tasty. Fantastic coffe, and a must try the beef noodle soup. Antony, the manager was great always overseeing everything went smoothly, and checking on us. He also helped us book our tickets to Fansipan and bus back to Hanoi with good prices. Lastly the hotel has a cute rooftop area with a small pool overlooking the valley. Great to unwind after exploring the town. Can't stop raving about this hotel. What a great value for the price!

You might hear some traffic and street noise from your room since the hotel is located in a main street.

There are many things to love about this hotel. The staff are amazing. I saw mention of Mr. Antony in other reviews and this is for good reason: he does a great job of making everyone at the hotel feel comfortable. He helped me book tickets to the Fansipan Legend and our train trip home. Mr. Martin is also very helpful and accommodating. The view is fantastic: it was great waking up every morning and seeing this green mountain outside of our window. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and spas within short walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant has really good food.

I have two small "complaints." The first is that the wifi did not work in our room, so anytime I needed to do serious work, I had to go down to the restaurant. Lastly, while the hotel is near a lot of cafes and restaurants, it's a hike from the "main" part of the town and you have to walk up a fairly steep hill. Our group had to plan around the walks to minimize this uphill trek, but if you are younger and in shape, you should be ok. Neither of these small complaints should prevent you from checking out this hotel. I loved it here and will return.

Location was excellent with awesome views of the mountain from the pool, deck and eating area. Having a buffet breakfast helps with the choices of food to eat for western visitors. Happy with our choice to come here. Also, swimming in pool on top of hotel with view of amazing lush mountain range being 3000m up is not something you can do many places.

Room was a bit tight for 4 people with luggage vs other family rooms, but still value for money ito cost. Hotel has potential to be great, but still work in progress. Assume not enough foreign visitors yet to this lovely ity for few days.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a warm atmosphere for guests. The stunning mountain view from the window and the infinity pool enhance the overall experience. The location is convenient, as it is situated close to Sapa town, allowing for easy exploration without needing transportation. Nearby tourist attractions include Sapa town, Sapa Lake, Moana Sapa, the Viettrekking restaurant, Sapa Market, and more. Guests can enjoy hot and cold water from the faucets and shower, as well as the convenience of local stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Additional amenities include tea and coffee, tissues, towels, access to a free hair dryer, a safety deposit box, a refrigerator, a water kettle, bottled water, hangers, a table, and seating. The breakfast included is a buffet for anyone with Vietnamese food and international cuisines.

No available soap and shampoo.

The staff were wonderful, especially Anthony who did everything in his power to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent. The Pho Bo at breakfast was delicious ( the breakfast is mainly Vietnamese). The view from our Mountain view room was stunning. (See attached photo). BTW the bath is a prop. The climate control in the rooms is great and water pressure good and hot.

The sound proofing is not great. However this did not stop us from getting a good night sleep. It was mainly an issue during the day when people were using the pool or closing their doors. We were on the foot below the pool. There is no safe or fridge in the rooms.

We arrived there after leaving another hotel due to poor conditions. When we got to this one, we were warmly welcomed with a beautifully decorated room — roses and towel swans on the bed to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful, gave us great advice, and were always happy to assist. Their English was very good. The view from the room was stunning, and the location was excellent — walking distance from everything.

Instead of the sofa shown in the picture, there was a bathtub that didn’t work — but it wasn’t a big deal. Still, it would have been nice to have a sofa there to enjoy the stunning view.

The hotel has seen better days - but as with all hotels in Vietnam, if you expect premium facilities you should also be willing to pay premium prices ;-) What makes this hotel exceptional good is the staff and the outstanding service provided by the reception. If you are a first time traveler to Vietnam and South East Asia , this hotel can be recommended. Ask the reception for any kind of tour, activity or further travel arrangements - and they will set you up with the best local providers without any extra commission or fees
