the scenery and service. they give me free breakie during my stay. Alhamdulillah. and also, a bag as souvenir while check out. helping me to get a taxi to bus station. sunset dia on. tgok dr rooftop.level 6. overall nice stay one more thing. the scenery from my balcony is the bomb weyh. very pretty. facing the mountain :)

so far ok. but the road to center from hotel need to walk a bit. but overall okay je. jalan dr hotel kalo jalan kaki mcm mencanak skit. kalo org tua susah la. sy solo traveler apadahal.

The location was fantastic, in the middle of Sapa town with a short walk to the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The train station was very close and so was the town square. The staff were very accommodating and lovely and the breakfast was great. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable which provided a nice stay.

The pictures on booking.com are a little outdated and the hotel in general is more run down than you expect. The Mountain View was slightly obstructed by power cords and other hotel balconies. The first room we stayed in which was smaller had no shower door and no power points on the bed side tables and the second bigger room only had a bath with no proper shower which leaked and flooded the bathroom.

Due to our travel plans, we only stayed for one night and felt that the hotel offered a nice base in the centre of Sa Pa from which to explore. We arrived very early in the morning and freshened up at the hotel before heading out to explore. The hotel stored our bags until check in time which was helpful. The room we selected was spacious with a separate seating area to the bedroom, a city view (although it was incredibly foggy during our stay) and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and was complimentary from the hotel. The roof terrace was large and on a nice day would be a great place to take in the views on offer. On check out we were pleasantly surprised to be provided with a nice gift from the hotel :)

Although our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was disappointing. There was no fixing from which to hang the shower head which made showering quite difficult and the bath felt as if it was not properly fixed to the floor. This meant that it would move around quite a bit when anyone used it. This could be a slight safety hazard.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. The room was clean and spacious, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was also well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities that made our experience even better. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We requested an early check-in, and they happily arranged it for us, which was a great start to our trip. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa and massage services, which were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed them so much that we used them twice during our visit. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with a free gift, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay in the future!

This is a must visit hotel if you are in Sapa. The location is very strategic, it’s located at the centre of Sapa town and it’s walking distance to most of the attractions, cafes or even to just stroll around. We arrived the hotel around 4.30am since we arrived via sleeper bus. There was 1 overnight shift staff on standby at the reception who immediate assisted us with the bags and etc. He even quickly made for us hot tea. The standard check-in time is 2pm, however they managed to give us early check-in around 10.30am for complimentary. 1 of the reception staff (I believe he must be 1 of the manager), even offered me and my friend for complimentary breakfast for our 2 nights stay out of good gesture for us to try. Their kindness is one of the key factors and image for the hotel. 😊 The room was very clean and comfortable with breath-taking view, I booked for Executive Twin balcony room with Mountain view. They also have a rooftop bar at 6th floor. Decent choices for the buffet breakfast with some local dishes. They also had egg station. In summary, everything was good. No complaints 😉 Thank you, Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa team!

We had just finished a 4 day motorcycle trek and I asked in advance for a room with a bath. Mr Ok the manager organised this for my wife. She was very happy. Staff were great. Big bed lovely linen. Spacious room with a view (unfortunately cloudy). Location in central part of town east access to restaurants. Breakfast good. Buffet style with fresh tomatoes and cucumber plus selection of eggs and omelette made to order. Great coffee, unlimited. Fresh fruit and also waffles! Plus local cuisine including noodles etc.

Shower was above the bath but not a big deal as we had asked for a bath.

We arrived after 11pm from Hanoi and the staff were up and ready to check us in, which took less than 3 minutes. Breakfast was really yummy. We enjoyed the eggs, noodles and soup of course, very fitting for the cold weather. On our last day, we had to find a way back to Hanoi as our sleeper bus was full, one of the female staff named 'River' organised everything for us and all we had to do was provide our names, hotel address in Hanoi and pay, she took care of everything else and even checked up on us if we had arrived to our destination later on. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was a plus as it was a walking distance to everything. The beds were comfy and rooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend Sapa Relax & Spa to anyone looking at their next stay when in Sapa.

The location can't be beat!. It was just a short walk away from Sun Plaza! The breakfast was THE BEST, too! That's mega value for money right there.The rooms were quite spacious as well. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful too. My mom and grandmother also said that the massage they had in their room was really good so that's another plus there.

The layout in some bathrooms, especially in ours (510) and in my mom's (508) wasn't ideal because there wasn't a door to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. (In 508, if you're not careful, water can spill directly to the toilet). There was also one incident with a senior staff at reception where my mom asked a question and because he misunderstood and thought she was asking him the same thing, he got a bit short with her. And then as for some nice to haves would be nice to have more sockets and a full length mirror in the room instead of just in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay after the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our suite was large with an ok view. Other smaller rooms don’t have a great view so make sure to book the large suites if that matters to you. All of the staff were very attentive especially the manager who came to our aid when we realized we left some belongings on the train and helped us locate them. Breakfast had a mix of western and local cuisine, it was fresh and tasty. Very close to the centre of all the action in Sapa. The sky bar on the top level was a great place to enjoy a drink in the afternoon.

The stuff there is gentle and welcoming. We arrived too early, and they allowed us to stay at the lobby until their lovely roof coffee shop opened. They arranged an early check in for us as soon as one room was available and they gave us a free coupon to breakfast meals and a departure gift. On top of that the facility is clean and cozy . The water pressure is good for the cold winter in Sapa and the hotel is in convinient location making central sapa accessible by walking.

The room was a little bit cold . Other than that everything is exceprional
