The hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk to Sapa’s Old Quarter (with some steep slopes) and just 8 minutes to Moana Garden. It’s in a peaceful area, quiet at night with little noise. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. The receptionist team truly showed real hospitality — they answered all our questions, resolved any issues immediately, gave excellent local recommendations, and even helped contact our travel agency to confirm pick-up details. We were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful thank-you gift at checkout. Outstanding service overall!

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but decent for a quick meal. The bathroom drainage could be improved, as the floor stayed wet throughout the day.

We had a great stay in Sapa Praha Hotel. Mao and the other staff were very welcoming, respectful , helpful, and informative when we ask about recommendations. Room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. My family and I had one of the best nights sleeping in this hotel. Breakfast was definitely a must do, they had different types of fruits and delicious choices to pick from. The location was walking distance from the city and it was easy to get taxi to go to other places. Mao, helped us book our Fansipan cable car tickets and taxi - easy to communicate with the staff. The price, can’t complain. Great hotel to stay and we will definitely come back here with my family again and will recommend this to friends. Thank you Sapa Praha Hotel for a great stay!

My room was cosy and clean. The decoration was a bit eclectic but it was fun! There was a small desk with a mirror which was nice. The bathroom was clean and there was lots of hot water which is very important for Sapa in the winter. The air con had a heat function which worked well to warm the room up. The duvet on the bed was thick so was warm enough when sleeping. The reception team were really helpful and friendly, they checked about the weather at the summit of Fansipan which was so useful and booked the cable car ticket for me.

A small thing but the main route into the middle of the town is via a road that is quite steep and a bit darker at night.

Everything from the delicious cinnamon tea offered to us as soon as we entered the reception area to our room with a view and the extensive breakfast including traditional Vietnamese as well as bread, yoghurt, pancakes, cheese and fruit too. Mao in reception is a delight, she went overboard to help us plan our stay in Sapa as well as organising the bus back to Hanoi. She's not only very efficient but also a pleasure to meet, a credit to Sapa Praha! All of the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

Nothing i didn't like

Our stay of 8 nights at the Sapa Praha Hotel was a wonderful experience from the first to the last minute. The location with views of the mountains, is outstanding. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast has a broad selection of offerings and the meals from the menu we had at lunch and dinner were very high quality. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to return soon. Ramon and Mita

We had a night bus getting into Sapa at 4am, so booked that night at the hotel so we could come straight to our room for a few hours rest to make the most of the day. We double checked that the 24hr reception meant we would be able to check in at this time and were reassured that would be fine. When we arrived the night staff had not been trained properly and told us we had to wait for the receptionist to arrive. Unfortunately we had to wait until 6am to check in which was very disappointing since we had paid for the whole night. We did receive apologies and were compensated with complimentary breakfasts.

Lovely Boutique hotel , with amazing staff, clean rooms , they provided ginger tea when my husband was ill and constantly gave us hot cinnamon tea which was welcoming as the weather was cold outside. Never experienced such good service. We had breakfast twice and big variety of food, . Though the hotel is about 10 minute walk from the city ,There is a steep slope to get from the hotel to town it would be nice if there was a regular shuttle service into town

I stayed here with my partner for what was supposed to be three nights and ended up extending our stay as we loved it so much. The staff are fantastic, friendly and could not have been more helpful! The hotel is located just outside Sapa town on a quiet road and has stunning views overlooking the mountain. Rooms are spacious and beds were so comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Sapa and we will definitely be back.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer!

The staff is so friendly and always offering help. They even offering us shower room before departing at night with sleeper bus. They also give us some meal to take along the way. Overall the stay was awesome. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

The bathroom. Tbh it is a bit old and the hot water did not run properly which is important as we are staying with a quite cold temperature.

The hotel was one of the best we had in whole Vietnam. The staff is like a small family and incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. Location is perfect for Sa Pa as it is not located in the noisy centre. However, it only takes five walking minutes to get into the city centre with bars and restaurants. Also the location is perfect for walks in the rice fields. When we took the bight bus from Sa Pa they even gave us water and fruits for our trip.
