Very comfortable bed Very helpful staff, available all the time

Sapa itself has a huge problem with child exploitation. One (!) or two year old children, being left in the middle of the street to beg for money. This is done so much that the entire visit to the city of Sapa is not worth it in my opinion. If you hesitate, don't come here, it is a very depressing view. I'd rather recommend staying outside of the city in a farmstay. This is not the hotel's fault though. BUT, I think they should do more to fight this issue. In contrast to the tourists that are here only briefly, the hotels have a much greater responsibility, which it appears to me that they fail to fulfill.

Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa! We chose a room with a valley view and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotless and the hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. The staff were professional, extremely kind, and always willing to help with a smile. They provided us with useful information and tips about local activities, even updates about the weather so we could better plan our days. They also often offered us tea, which was a very nice touch. We tried some of the hotel’s services, such as massage and trekking. Their partners were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable compared to the usual overpriced tourist rates. The highlight of our stay was the check-out flexibility. Since our trip was at night and it would have been tiring to leave early in the morning, the staff themselves suggested that we check out whenever we wanted, without any extra charge, as there was no booking right after us. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with clean rooms, amazing views, a peaceful location, excellent staff, and well-priced services.

The room was spacious, and the toilet was acceptable. The staffs were prompt in providing us beverages upon our arrival and during our wait for transport. The staffs were accommodating to our request for early check-in and also made arrangements for us to have a shower in their staff toilet after our check-out, for which we were grateful. The hotel was situated a little further from the main city centre which allowed us to have quieter nights.

There was literally no pleasant view from our room as there was some construction happening outside. There is a steep up-slope/down-slope climb that we have to take whenever we are heading out/ returning to the hotel, which can be quite an inconvenience. There weren't sufficient inlets at our nights table for us to charge all our devices at the same time. It would have been nice if they provided room service during our 2 nights stay or at least provided fresh towels after our first night.

Our stay at Praha Hotel Sapa was way beyond expectations! 🌟 The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing staff — especially Mao and Me. Mao made us feel at home from the very beginning and continued to take care of us even after check-out, thoughtfully packing water and bananas for our trip back to Hanoi. Such a kind and genuine gesture! She also helped us arrange tickets for Fansipan and was always making sure we were comfortable. Me was equally wonderful, assisting us with room facilities and checking in on us throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality really touched us. We also enjoyed a fantastic massage at the hotel, which was just perfect after exploring Sapa. Everything about Praha Hotel was excellent, but Mao and Me truly made it special. 💖 We would come back just for them — they are the sweetest! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Praha Hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully situated with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more pleasant. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after exploring Sapa. Overall, it was a delightful stay and I would happily return on my next visit.

The morning shift attendant, a particularly attentive lady, consistently anticipated our needs, while the evening concierge demonstrated outstanding professionalism paired with a genuine warmth that enhanced our stay considerably. Their comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and willingness to assist with any request exemplified hospitality excellence. The renowned Moana Café was conveniently accessible by a short, pleasant walk, and the Sapa Central district required minimal travel time, making the hotel an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Given the outstanding level of service, pristine accommodations, and prime location, I would unhesitatingly recommend Sapa Praha Hotel to discerning travelers. I have already made plans to return during my next visit to the region, confident that the exemplary standards experienced during this stay will be maintained.

The hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk to Sapa’s Old Quarter (with some steep slopes) and just 8 minutes to Moana Garden. It’s in a peaceful area, quiet at night with little noise. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. The receptionist team truly showed real hospitality — they answered all our questions, resolved any issues immediately, gave excellent local recommendations, and even helped contact our travel agency to confirm pick-up details. We were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful thank-you gift at checkout. Outstanding service overall!

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but decent for a quick meal. The bathroom drainage could be improved, as the floor stayed wet throughout the day.

We had a great stay in Sapa Praha Hotel. Mao and the other staff were very welcoming, respectful , helpful, and informative when we ask about recommendations. Room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. My family and I had one of the best nights sleeping in this hotel. Breakfast was definitely a must do, they had different types of fruits and delicious choices to pick from. The location was walking distance from the city and it was easy to get taxi to go to other places. Mao, helped us book our Fansipan cable car tickets and taxi - easy to communicate with the staff. The price, can’t complain. Great hotel to stay and we will definitely come back here with my family again and will recommend this to friends. Thank you Sapa Praha Hotel for a great stay!

The staff they’re really amazing very friendly and generous they give as drink while we are waiting for our taxis , they charge our room to be close to our family with a very nice view and they give food and water when we did check out because we have long trip in sleeping bus we are really appreciate everything thing they did to us , and I suggested to families and couples the view amazing and the place quite away from noisy city

Not i dont like but i like to give them suggestions if they can change furniture because the building nice and clean so will be perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. Also wanna appreciate that some staff could communicate in English well, which made everything much easier for us. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience and we would love to it stay here again.

The hotel requires walking up a slope to the bustling area, which might be a bit challenging for some people. However, considering the price, facilities and cleanliness, it’s definitely worth it.
