Very comfortable bed Very helpful staff, available all the time

Sapa itself has a huge problem with child exploitation. One (!) or two year old children, being left in the middle of the street to beg for money. This is done so much that the entire visit to the city of Sapa is not worth it in my opinion. If you hesitate, don't come here, it is a very depressing view. I'd rather recommend staying outside of the city in a farmstay. This is not the hotel's fault though. BUT, I think they should do more to fight this issue. In contrast to the tourists that are here only briefly, the hotels have a much greater responsibility, which it appears to me that they fail to fulfill.

The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its exceptional staff. The morning shift attendant, a particularly attentive lady, consistently anticipated our needs, while the evening concierge demonstrated outstanding professionalism paired with a genuine warmth that enhanced our stay considerably. Their comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and willingness to assist with any request exemplified hospitality excellence. The renowned Moana Café was conveniently accessible by a short, pleasant walk, and the Sapa Central district required minimal travel time, making the hotel an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Given the outstanding level of service, pristine accommodations, and prime location, I would unhesitatingly recommend Sapa Praha Hotel to discerning travelers. I have already made plans to return during my next visit to the region, confident that the exemplary standards experienced during this stay will be maintained.

The hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk to Sapa’s Old Quarter (with some steep slopes) and just 8 minutes to Moana Garden. It’s in a peaceful area, quiet at night with little noise. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. The receptionist team truly showed real hospitality — they answered all our questions, resolved any issues immediately, gave excellent local recommendations, and even helped contact our travel agency to confirm pick-up details. We were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful thank-you gift at checkout. Outstanding service overall!

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but decent for a quick meal. The bathroom drainage could be improved, as the floor stayed wet throughout the day.

We had a great stay in Sapa Praha Hotel. Mao and the other staff were very welcoming, respectful , helpful, and informative when we ask about recommendations. Room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. My family and I had one of the best nights sleeping in this hotel. Breakfast was definitely a must do, they had different types of fruits and delicious choices to pick from. The location was walking distance from the city and it was easy to get taxi to go to other places. Mao, helped us book our Fansipan cable car tickets and taxi - easy to communicate with the staff. The price, can’t complain. Great hotel to stay and we will definitely come back here with my family again and will recommend this to friends. Thank you Sapa Praha Hotel for a great stay!

The staff they’re really amazing very friendly and generous they give as drink while we are waiting for our taxis , they charge our room to be close to our family with a very nice view and they give food and water when we did check out because we have long trip in sleeping bus we are really appreciate everything thing they did to us , and I suggested to families and couples the view amazing and the place quite away from noisy city

Not i dont like but i like to give them suggestions if they can change furniture because the building nice and clean so will be perfect

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right in the middle of everything, but still not too noisy or busy. They honored our request for a room with an amazing view of Fansipan. What truly makes this place special is the hotel staff. Maó, Me, Xa, and the rest of the team provided the best service any guest could hope for. The food served at the hotel was excellent, much better than some of the restaurants we tried. We are very happy with this hidden gem. A big thank you to the hotel staff, especially Maó, Me, and Xa!

We loved everything about this little hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view from our balcony was outstanding and exactly what I wanted. The staff, Mau and her band of merry men, are absolutely lovely and are happy to go above and beyond to make sure you have anything you need. The little extras they provided were lovely and thoughtful. We also had a massage at the hotel and it was fabulous. The breakfast buffet is adequate with heaps of fresh fruit. Highly recommended.

We couldn't stay longer

My room was cosy and clean. The decoration was a bit eclectic but it was fun! There was a small desk with a mirror which was nice. The bathroom was clean and there was lots of hot water which is very important for Sapa in the winter. The air con had a heat function which worked well to warm the room up. The duvet on the bed was thick so was warm enough when sleeping. The reception team were really helpful and friendly, they checked about the weather at the summit of Fansipan which was so useful and booked the cable car ticket for me.

A small thing but the main route into the middle of the town is via a road that is quite steep and a bit darker at night.

The location was within walking distance to shops and cafes. Also the staff were very accommodating to our requests and would go out of their way to make us feel very comfortable..

We liked everything about property however just a small thing would benefit is, if they could provide two bath towels per guest. During my stay, I had to wash my long hair and required an extra towel to dry my long hair, as there wasn't an extra towel, I had to use my wet towel from my recent shower. These small conveniences go along way. 😉👍

Everything from the delicious cinnamon tea offered to us as soon as we entered the reception area to our room with a view and the extensive breakfast including traditional Vietnamese as well as bread, yoghurt, pancakes, cheese and fruit too. Mao in reception is a delight, she went overboard to help us plan our stay in Sapa as well as organising the bus back to Hanoi. She's not only very efficient but also a pleasure to meet, a credit to Sapa Praha! All of the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

Nothing i didn't like
