Location is good and the price of the room is affordable and friendly statfs

The breakfast，especially the fresh fruit，was delightful．　The view of the mountains from our room filled my husband and me with a sense of contentment and tranquility，making our stay feel even more relaxing．

As a family of five, the hotel arranged two cozy and spacious rooms for us, both connected to a shared balcony facing the mountains. The view alone made our stay worthwhile — mornings were inspiring with the sun piercing through the fog to reveal green rice terraces and trees, while evenings offered sunsets painting the sky in breathtaking colors. Breakfast was simple yet good, and the location was excellent — just a short walk to Sapa Sun Station and several top-rated restaurants. This made it very convenient for us to reach all our planned trips without long walks. Overall, a refreshing and comfortable stay that suited our family perfectly.

Nothing major to mention — everything was well taken care of

The brother and sister are both funny and very cheerful, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The young boy was especially great company during my stay. They went above and beyond by giving me the best room to make up for the bike trip, which didn’t go as planned. I really appreciated the gesture! The location is fantastic—close to all the hustle and bustle of the city—and the food is delicious too.

There’s no lift from the ground floor to the first floor and from the fourth floor to the fifth floor, and I wasn’t assisted with carrying my luggage. If you have multiple bags, it could be challenging to carry them all the way up.

We have booked 3 rooms in Sapa Hills Hotel for 3 days. I like the hospitality of the staffs and they were very sweet, kind and welcoming.. Special shout out to Quan, the manager, he was such a wonderful person, he booked our train tickets, bus tickets and arranged village trekking tour and also fansipan tickets. He also let us to use one room for free after our check out time as our bus tickets was on 8 pm. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at Sapa Hills hotel if you are looking at a budget option to stay and explore Sapa. It is walkable distance to Sapa junction, Sapa lake, Cat cat village , Moana Cafe. The room was clean and the the staffs were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely book Sapa Hills Hotel again when I come back to Sapa.

Location was great and staff/ management is very welcoming. We had a good time in Sapa Hills Hotel. Value for money is good, rooms are big enough and clean. Housekeeping does a great job as well as the rest of the staff. Since I got bored a bit about the fried eggs, I asked for scrambled eggs and got it promptly and with a good taste.

Breakfast gets boring after two days if you stay a bit longer because it's always fried eggs and kind of the same sausages. The only change was fried rice to fried noodles and back to fried rice and the juice changed. It was quite cold in the breakfast room as there is no heater in winter time.

The hotel is very conveniently located with easy access to the main center. The breakfast buffet was simple but satisfying. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist—whether it was arranging tours, helping with taxis, or just making sure we were comfortable. A huge shoutout to Min and the other gentleman at the reception—they went out of their way to offer us bottles of water as we were leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We arrived early and were allowed to rest in the reception area. They even provided access to a restroom until our room was ready, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for the warm service and convenient location!

The slippers provided were hard and one of the slippers had a hole. There is no window for the room

The room came with breakfast and although the selection wasn't a lot but they were sufficient; there were fried eggs, sausages, white bread, pancakes, noodles and fruits. It would be better if the hotel gave us butter instead of margarine which I didn't use. The room is quite spacious with a small balcony and clean. The hotel's location is very central with many shops and restaurants close by. You can walk to Sun Plaza in 10 minutes.

We booked a mountain view room but when we checked in, we discovered that we were given a room with partial mountain view which did not match the photos on the booking site. After voicing our dissatisfaction, the hotel staff finally made some adjustments for us.

Our stay at Sapa Hills Hotel was truly exceptional. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and all the major tourist attractions. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the team. Van Thanh was an excellent host, offering helpful suggestions on local sights and always greeting us with a warm smile. Every member of the staff we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming, though I regret not remembering all their names. If we return to Sa Pa in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was also delicious and added to the overall experience.

We had two rooms and one of the rooms didn't have any windows. I find it very odd to have rooms without windows. There were no natural lights coming into that room.
