We had an amazing stay at Bamboo Hotel & Spa! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. A special thank you to Julie, who took care of every single detail before, during, and even after our visit. Her energy, shining smile, and helpfulness made everything smoother—from organizing our transfers and tickets to Fansipan, to sharing great local tips. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was a real highlight, offering a breathtaking view that made it the perfect place to relax. We also tried the herbal bath followed by a body massage—definitely worth every penny! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, care, and a bit of pampering in Sapa!

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of sa pa town, where there are plenty of shops & restaurants all right next to your door step - not to mention it is also a short 7min walk to the sun plaza (where sa pa station is located to begin the journey up to fanispan mountain). The view from the deluxe mountain view room was simply breathtaking and well worth the extra money. We were lucky when we stayed to get an extra large version of the deluxe mountain view room with plenty of space to spread our things out - the room itself was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful and the amenities including the indoor & outdoor pool + spa were fabulous. The staff were also extremely attentive.

Our stay in Bamboo hotel were beyond our expectations. The staffs were really friendly and approachable. Would love to highlight KC (the receptionist) who warmly welcome us to the hotel early in the morning before check-in time. Directed us to shower rooms and provided us with towels to freshen up. He also helped us to book tickets to Fansipan peak, recommending only the best and most affordable trip. Throughout our stay we have been receiving really nice local guides from him and engage in some cultural conversations from time to time. Keep up the fantastic work! ROOMS:, the Mountain View Rooms we booked were amazing! The room is spacious and the bed is huge - I believe it can fit 3 pax. The balcony is a huge bonus. I love how we are able to sip coffee and enjoy the morning fresh air and view. The room is air conditioned. Toilet is spacious and has both the shower and bathtub. BREAKFAST: My parents really enjoy the breakfast and the view from the dining area is spectacular as well. The is quite a variety of food options. There is a swimming pool right outside the restaurant. Im glad we choose bamboo hotel and we will choose it again if we were to visit Sapa.

The location is conveniently located as it is not too far from Sapa centre and not to rural for basic amenities and local food. A big shout out to Ms Julie who has been very helpful in guiding and assisting us in our day to day planning and things to do. Plans around Sapa was made either on the day or the day prior and she has helped a lot with the decisions made. Very thankful for her help!

Not something to not like but it would be great if a bottle of body lotion can be provided as well.

An Unforgettable Stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel! Our stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of in the best possible way. The staff made us feel so welcomed and valued – especially KC from the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the hotel is just oh my gosh – unbelievably beautiful! Waking up to those mountain views felt amazing. As a couple on vacation, we were so touched by the thoughtful gestures from the hotel: they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and even a special cake to celebrate our trip. It made us feel truly loved and appreciated. Thank you so much, Bamboo Sapa Hotel, for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a mountain View room which was pretty special, great views. Room was very nice, nice big bath, seperate shower, staff and breakfast/view was excellent. The infinity pool looked great but too cold for us, had an indoor heated pool as well, we didn't visit that. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed our stay in Sapa, I do like a mountain view and Bamboo had it.

No chairs on verandah and not private from the other view rooms, we were lucky there but had to get the large inside chairs out on the verandah to have a few drinks enjoying the outside view. My wife commented being a five star property their was no bath oils, lotions, conditioners etc ( we travelled light for those 3 days expecting those things to be supplied) the shampoo supplied was the worst ever, we all commented on this, need to improve all that there? Beautiful big bath, had to put hand soap in it?? A bit of a walk up hill to the centre of town if your not as mobile, was ok for us. Being hassled and followed constantly to buy trivial small purses all the time was a bit of a hassle if your not used to it, we are but was full on for the first day or 2.

Everything was wonderful, the staff are really friendly, views are amazing and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning, priceless view of the mountains and valleys, truly one of the most breathtaking sights we’ve ever seen. Every morning, we woke up to a picture-perfect scene right outside our window. The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, everything was fresh and flavorful, giving us the perfect start to our day. But what truly made this experience stand out was the incredible customer service, especially from Julie, who went far beyond what anyone could expect. After we returned to our home country, my sister realized she had left her phone inside the room's vault. We thought it was lost forever. I contacted the hotel, and Julie immediately stepped in with kindness, calmness, and efficiency. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, treating our concern with genuine care. She personally oversaw the entire process of getting the phone back to us. Despite two failed courier delivery attempts, she never gave up. On the third attempt, she arranged for the phone to be sent via human handling, and we finally received it safe and sound. We were so touched by the time, effort, and personal attention she dedicated to helping us. Julie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you turned what could have been a stressful situation into a beautiful reminder of how compassionate and committed people can be. Bamboo Sapa Hotel is an incredible place to stay, not only for its views and comfort, but for the amazing people like Julie who make it truly special. We will definitely be back!

Some of the other staff were a bit difficult to communicate with. I hope they can improve their understanding of basic English terms, especially for things like hotel areas, amenities, and basic directions. However, this was a minor issue and did not take away from our overall wonderful stay.

We spent my cousin's birthday in Sa Pa while checking in to Bamboo Hotel. The staff were really helpful. KC was really helpful. He helped me set-up a birthday bed for my cousin to surprise. They also gave us a free cake. The buffet was soooo goood. The view, location and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend!!! Even their standard room was spacious, the CR has a good lighting. SHOUTOUT TO KC, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

The TV doesn't have an English Channel. It would have been nice to use the TV for entertainment purposes. Overall, it was great.
