“I recently stayed in one of your rooms, and while the stay was enjoyable overall, there’s a small suggestion I’d like to make. It would be great if the housekeeping staff could check on essentials like toilet paper and towels each day without requiring us to call and request them. Running low on these items can disrupt an otherwise smooth experience.

The owner and Staff were super friendly and answered every question I had. The rooms have everything you need and were cleaned every day including new towels. Breakfast,for that priceclass, was very good and tasty with Vietnamese dishes and western food freshly made to order.

Right now there is a construction site nearby so loud noise from 7am to 7pm was on the daily program. Windows in the bathroom couldn’t be opened and the ventilation system was quite weak. Long HOT showers, due to the small heating system in the bathroom, were not possible.

The manager was really nice, he was willing to help us with everything we asked for (exchange money, rent a motobike…). They were offering different tours as well, but we didn’t book any. At the check out he gave us 2 bottles of water and bananas for our way back to Hanoi. Location was fine, close to several restaurant and coffee shops. Good place for good price

The room was really small and the bathroom as well. You must shower over toilet or even in the middle of bathroom, which would be still fine if you could dry the water out or wipe it. The room wasn’t really clean, there where some spider webs, bed sheets and towels had some stains. There was really big humid in the room, all the clothes which was out of the backpack was till morning wet.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The owner was very helpful – even though the hotel was fully booked, he found us a room at another hotel just 20 meters away. He also allowed us an early check-in and let us have breakfast later than usual as a favor. He provided useful information about the area and offered tours as well. The service here was beyond expectations, and it's clear that the owner takes great pride in making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

The property was perfect for our stay. The location was great. The owner Mr Hung went out of his way to make it comfortable for us. From our booking, it showed that we had booked a room with a balcony when apparently a standard room does not come with a balcony. Mr Hung upgraded us for free for one night as the other nights were booked. Mr Hung also gave us guidance on what to do in Sapa and the best ways of doing it as well.

Nothing really

The location is great, you are in the center of Sa pa and you have everything walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. You can also book with the hotel trekking tours and transportation to other destinations like Ha noi. We booked a 3 day trekking tour at a very reasonable price and we could leave part of our luggage with the hotel plus a shower when back and had a really great time.

The staff was really nice and let us even shower after we came back from trekking. We had a very large and clean room with mountain view (I think it may have been even an upgrade). The breakfast is absolutely enough when you consider the price of the room. Great value and good gateway to explore the area!

Beds were comfy, it was clean. Staff was helpful.

We gave away our laundry and they ruined 1 pair of pants and 1 football shirt by drying it too hot. The pants shrimped quite a lot in lenght and the football shirt its letters fell off.

The room was huge and spacious! Hotel is close to everything, shops, atms, food and shopping district! The owner is nice and approachable. Great view. Food is okay.

It doesnt have any elevator and towels arent enough for the guest. We asked but they must have forgotten. Is a bit pushy on giving review too. Haha But still a must book hotel :)

Mr. Hung was very helpful. He helped book tickets for Fansipan, arranged guides for village trekking, booked bus tickets for Hanoi and also helped manage our sight seeing. The complimentary breakfast was also tasty and good. Mr. Hung speaks english also so communication was nice. Excellent location. Near to Sapa Station and Sapa Square.
