The bed was so comfortable unlike the Vietnamese beds, we had a bit of problems with the water flow but didn’t bother us much. Amazing location 2 mins walking to the center. Small store in front of the hotel do buy drinks and snacks. And so many great restaurants nearby. Cute Small balcony Clean place. The owner is really really nice, has great english and helped us with everything, also rented a bike through her. Only downside is that theres no elevator but the highest floor is 4 so it was fine for us. In total we stayed here 6 nights, 3 at the beginning and then came back for more. Would definitely stay here again .

Location is good and I like as well that the family runs together this Hotel. The room is bright and has a balcony, beautiful view over the mountains. Breakfast is simple but good, Coffee need however some improvement. Anna, the wife of the Owner is lovely and the 4 years old daughter is a little angel. Mother of the Manager is very helpful and extremely kind.

The only issue is that the check in was a bit strange. I knew that I had to pay a certain amount at the property, however even if you have to add the 3% credit card fee, there is no right to sum up the amount and calculate then the 3% from there. My bill was 1.314.720 VND and you can not calculate 3% from 1.315.000 VND (so sum up), that is the only downside which I really didn't liked and left me with a strange feeling. The room was not checked or cleaned during my stay, also no replacement of a fresh water bottle, so not sure if this is normal or they just missed it, however overall a good stay with some improvements which need to be put in place.

- very friendly staff that helped us with everything to make our trip the best: booking a trekking, Fansipan and taxi back to the train station with another group - we felt always super welcomed by everyone, felt more like a home stay than a hotel - Host was very responsive in WhatsApp anytime we needed anything - they also sell water right at the reception - Room is spacious and bright, and bed comfortable - Breakfast was simple but good for the accommodation price - before check in and after check out, we could use the toilet and even shower if needed

- hot water in the room is a bit limited, and for 2 people you may need to wait a bit after first shower - a little noisy

It was very central. Alot of places were walkable. Plenty of amazing food places. The view would have been good if not for the clouds. It is in the centre so expect some noise but could be worse. Just bring your ear plugs! The hostess Anna, was great! She was attentive, patient and super accommodating. Giving advice & tips on where and what you can do. Super efficient. Her family and staff were all super! Couldn’t have picked a better place. They had a great variety for breakfast. A full menu of local, western cuisines. I had perfect soft boiled eggs on my 1st request! spot on. As a solo traveller. I felt very taken care of by Anna and her family. I highly recommend Heart Of Sapa Hotel when you come to SAPA.

Very comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were incredible and were easy to communicate with. They went through great lengths to help get our Camera back that we had lost! They also organised breakfast to takeaway as we were leaving early in the morning! Great location in a quiet area, walking distance to town center with plenty of great restaurants and cafes around. Unfortunately could only stay one night but would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about Anna and her family and this charming small hotel. The room with a Mountain View overlooked a lively neighborhood of small markets and shops, The room was comfortable and the hotel very central to the town. For breakfast, there was a menu with western and local offerings. Anna left no stone unturned for service ... arranging rides to and from the train station, doing my laundry, and storing my bags after checkout. Because I am older and wasn't sure I could handle a full day of trekking, she arranged a local driver and an excellent English-speaking local guide to put a custom day in the Black Hmong Lao Chai village, and some stops for viewing rice terraces and scenic mountain vistas at a super reasonable cost. This was a delightful stay in every way thanks to my gracious hosts.

I wish I stayed longer than 2 nights, that would have been better! I had no complaints with Heart of Sapa or my delightful hosts.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, which is really in the center of Sa Pa. The staff were friendly and helpful, booked us a night bus, and willingly answered questions via WhatsApp.The room was comfortable and had a fairly decent view.

The furnishings were really old, nothing terrible and definitely in line with the price, but you have to take that into account. Breakfast was a single dish that wasn't very big, so some people might have been left feeling hungry.

The location is very central. I had a corner room with windows on two sides. There are some old buildings around the property but laying on my bed, these are out of sight and I enjoy a mountain view on two sides of my room. It is very dark and quiet at night and I have a really good mattress. I slept extremely well . The staff is very friendly and although the property is old, it is excellent value for money considered breakfast is included in the price.

The hotel is cute and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself is comfortable and has all one would need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was also so lovely being able to leave my large suitcase at the hotel whilst I was away hiking and being able to take a much needed hot shower on my return, despite already being checked out.

For the price of the room I couldn't expect more than I got. It was a perfectly comfortable stay

Really good hotel in a great location in Sapa. It's central but off the main street so quiet, and has lovely views. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, and I loved having the little sofa in the room. The staff were really helpful and there were lots of options for breakfast.

The hot water didn't last long, so if you are two people you'd need a gap in between. While I was fine with the stairs, if you have mobility issues you should note that some rooms are on high floors with no lift.
