The location is very convenient very close to the city center, sun plaza, a mini mart, restaurant, coffee shop, and bar. The room was great exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, and great views. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good as well. The staff and the owner were really great and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sapa.

The air conditioning unit in our room wasn’t functioning properly. The room was cold enough but if like us you like the room really cold it was not enough. We informed the staff and they said they would fix it for next time.

* Our room is located in Level 3 & on the end of the building therefore we have emergency stair in front of our balcony so the view is destructed. FYI the Lobby is located on Level 5. * The road where the hotel located in one way direction. Better to stop nearby the hotel if you catch a taxi to avoid longer route.

The location was great. Easy to walk anywhere. Phenomenal mountain view from our room. Amazing staff. The breakfast was wonderful! They had a wide selection of vietnamese and other Asian breakfast items as well as european and American choices. They had a wonder omelet station, vegan options, pho station, pastries, hot and cold beverages. The were extremely attentive. Mau hang and lang were always ready to assist. The front desk staff were awesome too! Many thanks to Mai Anh, Thu, and Hoang for taking care of all of our needs!

When we reach at the hotel, it took a quite longer time to check-in to the hotel, but the hotel staff was polite even though there was little language barrier. Nevertheless, the superior staff was so great and helpful. They even help you to clear your doubts about your itinerary or climate. The staffs were very patience. The baggage carry system was so good there. You can even trust them completely to leave your bags there if you plan to check out early. The room was so exceptionally clean and bathroom was so good with complete facilities. Towels and face towels were clean. Our room was in lower floor so the view was average. However, I think the view from the cafe will be great I guess. But the time that we went it was covered with fogs so we couldn't get a proper view. The breakfast was exceptionally good. They had a lot of varieties like soups, salads, breads. They might give more complimentary gifts such as snacks/tea/coffee sachets in room. They can have more halal food to make it Muslim friendly.

It was a cozy and the staffs are accommodating and friendly. The location is just a few minutes walk from Moana, Sun Plaza, and there are a lot of stores and restaurants around the area. We were also able to leave our luggage on the day of our check out to go around Sapa as we wait for our bus back to hanoi in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when I come back in Sapa.

It took a while for the staff to deliver a few drinks we ordered but overall it was a good place.

the room was spacious, very clean, we could see the mountain view clearly. the buffet breakfast had a wide range of cuisine.

The hotel is located at the outer part of SaPa city, if you're traveling with elders or people with difficulty to walk, it might be difficult because most of the attractions are at the center of SaPa. if you are traveling with youngsters, then its gives you reasons to walk and enjoy window shopping :), please make sure to check your room every time the hotel make-up your room, because they forget to give us new hand towels on our second day, we didnt say anything because we don't use hand towels, then when we checking out, they blamed us for losing it, they didnt charged us for it, but it gaves us a bad taste when leaving SaPa :(.

Nice mountain view from the hotel’s restaurant and helpful staffs at the reception. Even though our room was at the lower level, it felt comfortable and clean.

Disappointing breakfast. Fried rice was hard. Sausage tasted cheap. Bacon was too salty. I have never seen a hotel serve boiled-vegetables. Staff already chasing guests to leave after the 9:30 breakfast time is over.

Amazing location, lots of shops within walking distance around the area, great mountain view and room was sufficiently large! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was not very good. Feature wall which separated the bed and couch was extremely dusty and not cleaned. Location of the air conditioning unit in the room was odd, blowing towards a random wall instead of bed. TV screen was too small, hard to see from the bed.

I loved the service of the reception officer, they have good manners and someone speak English fluently. They recommended our travel location to us, we could leave the baggage for free for 10 hours (from 8am - 7pm.) because we were going to Fansipan Mt. and other places before we went back to the hotel. The room was large, clean and nice. The facilities was great. But recommended to bring your hair dryer because there were no hair dryer in the room. Moreover, I was asked for late check out, and the officer offered this service for free!!! it's such great things. The mountain views are the best!! I love this.

The price does not include breakfast, I was surprised a little bit because I selected the king room with a mountain view for 2.08m VND. ( or maybe i was booking without breakfast on my own, still confusing about the high price without breakfast) However, we didn't worry about breakfast too much. There were a lot of local restaurants around hotel.

i had a mountain view room, the price was high but the view was worth it. definitely worth paying that bit extra and getting the view

I had to extend my stay, and when I booked my room for an extra 3 days, the price doubled, which was disappointing. lesson learnt, work your dong out ahead.
