Near to town. The morning view is very beautiful and calming. Spacious.

You need to climb a very steep stairs to town. Its very tiring if you have low stamina as we are at a high altitude. It is just that the water heater has a tank for hot water and it will be depleted very fast and you have to wait for the water to be heated up again.

This place was incredible value for money. We got a free upgrade due to genius discount I think, so was in a quadruple room for just the two of us. The main plus for us was the fact they had a washing machine and tumble drier available, free of charge. We were able to do all of our laundry within a few hours!!! We’ve been paying around £6/£7 for laundry in other hostels, so the fact this was included in our night’s price was great. If you wanted to, you could make your own food - but we didn’t! The check in process was fine for us, our QR code initially didn’t work to open the gate, but luckily someone was there to open it for us. We then got a room card once in our room which was used to open the gate. We could leave our bags there all day once checked out and the housemaid gave us a new QR code to scan to gain access for pick up. Would absolutely recommend! If a group of four, it’s a no brainer for a quadruple room & free laundry!

Soundproofing wasn’t great, but there was only three other people staying whilst we were there - so wasn’t much of a problem, the room next to us just had a very squeaky door! The mattresses were very thin, but fine for a night or two.

The room is gorgeous. I really liked the look of the bed, it’s just as in pictures. There is a nice view from the room and the balcony.

Just something to have in mind, it’s a second floor and you have to carry the luggage, the road to get to the hotel is quite steep too.

I had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay at this charming homestay. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed—my hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special. They offered helpful local tips, assisted with travel arrangements, and were always on hand to answer questions or suggest great spots to visit. The room was also clean and cozy. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking a warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring place to stay.

We received a warm welcome here and check-in was made very easy for us. the rooms are very clean... you could use the terrace and outdoor kitchen.. very quiet and you have a very nice view over the valley. We were also able to rent a scooter at a very, very reasonable price. After our checkout we still had some problems with our bus. This problem was easily solved remotely via WhatsApp. and a new bus to the next town was arranged. We are very grateful and can only highly recommend this accommodation.

Not an issue for me but the walk was up some steep stairs which some might struggle with. No fridge in room.

Everything!! The room is super cozy, spacious, just like the pictures and everything worked well, the view is stunning, the staff is super sweet, very attentive and responsive, very nice people!! We loved that we can use the kitchen as well. I would recommend DHome for everyone!!

- Room itself super clean & spacious - nice view - kitchen, laundry machine and living room accessible - location not directly in city center, so very quiet and within 4min walking in the center

- bed was too small (I am 1.88m) - very thin walls - no on-site English speaking staff. However good WhatsApp support.

The room offers beautiful views of the Sapa rice fields. We had the circular bed which made the stay very unique and was super comfortable. Walkable into the main town with lots of restaurants and cafes. The lady was friendly and helpful when we had questions, simple check in and very safe.
