I’m so glad I chose this hotel — I would 100% stay here again. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room. It had the most breathtaking view of the valley and Mt. Fansipan. Simply relaxing on the balcony was an unforgettable experience. I was initially torn between this hotel and another well-known 5-star property in town. After visiting the other hotel for a drink and seeing their room size and service, I can confidently say KK Sapa offers far better value for money. The rooms are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. Water pressure was excellent, and both the shower and bathtub were superb — small details that made a big difference. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the convenient access from the 15th floor to the main street, which made walking into town very easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the view from the dining area was a great bonus — definitely up to 5-star standards. A special shoutout to receptionist Hana for her kindness and for making sure my transportation was arranged smoothly. I also visited the spa during my stay, and the massage therapist was excellent. Additional thoughtful touches like complimentary umbrella rentals during rainy weather and the beautifully maintained rose garden added to the overall experience. Housekeeping was also top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

Apart from the massage itself, the spa was not up to standards for a 5 star property. Although the massage provided by the therapist was amazing, the spa receptionist and staff might need some training, but not a big issue. I ordered room service one night and food came without a cover. It should be covered for hygiene purposes.

Most of the cooked breakfast items were almost cold. Fried items were very oily. They seemed too greedy. I paid extra for an early checkin and we had to wait 2 hours for the hot water to heat up. The room should be ready to use, especially for a shower, when you arrive. They also tried to sell me an expensive private car by trying to convince me how much I would save. This was done when I first arrived and wasn’t yet familiar with the town. I felt I was being exploited.

Loved this hotel to the max. Everything is within walking distance, Sapa Station, shopping area, Sapa Lake and even Moana Cafe . Wonderful service from staff . I even tried their restaurant at level 1 the food was good. Their breakfast buffet is really good everyday the menu changes . I tried their spa and I must say the massage was too good for miss. Most of all the mountain view in my room was something I looked forward to every morning. The only downside is that one the 1st day when I entered the room, it had a musky smell otherwise everything else was perfect.

I booked the premium room with mountain view, the view of the mountains is beautiful! The breakfast buffet spread is the best I had ever seen in all my hotel stay. From bakery breads, local cuisines, salads, cheese, fresh fruits and yogurts. Yummy with a great view! I was served by Kevin at the reception. He was exceptional, he personally uses his WhatsApp to share with me the tour info, and also recommended his local favourite restaurants, Red Dsao and Cu Ty, they were fantastic recommendations. He is too kind!! Room is big and clean, bed is very comfortable. Nice bathtub too!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff truly made the difference - they were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every request with genuine warmth and professionalism. Special thanks to Du Duc Trong, the Front Office Supervisor, whose outstanding service really stood out during my stay. The dining experience exceeded my expectations. The food quality was superb, with delicious options that made each meal a highlight of my stay. Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated. Being able to walk to the city center was incredibly convenient and allowed me to explore the area easily without needing transportation. I was also impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property. Every area I encountered, from the lobby to my room to the dining areas, was spotlessly maintained.

It was only a 5 min walk to city centre. The main drop off was at level 1 but level 15 takes you to the road leading to city centre. The view was great and the room was clean and comfortable. I usually love a well lit hotel room and this did wonders. I could even open the balcony door for the cold air, didn't really need the Aircon with the weather. The spa was great too! 😭 I really loved my stay here. Missing one star because if the breakfast was halal, I would have loved it EVEN MORE! Was vegetarian for breakfast for 5 days but no worries because there were halal restaurants nearby (around 15 mins walk).

Friendly and helpful staff! I would like to give a shout out to Thao for being zealous and v helpful. She checks in to make sure all is well with our stay, follow up on our requests promptly and will give advice on our itinerary. She is the best! Another staff, Hana also checked us out on the last day and she has the brightest smile and a great warm energy. Other than that, our room had a great view, was clean and well-furnished :D We reached Sapa early morn and cld access showers to freshen up and drop off our luggages as well.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The best we had in Vietnam. Great rooms and view. Good location. Good pool and gym. Really good value. Despite the staff I would definitely recommend and stay again. You'll love Sapa!!

The only slight negative was the constant messages from the staff. I assume they are on commission for arranging tours and transfers. We were contacted several times from different people trying to sell tours and when we did book a tour and was told we could add it to the room bill, we then got constantly messages saying we hadn't paid yet and we needed to come and pay for the tours, rather than pay at check out, as they had agreed.

Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beautiful touches in our room—gorgeous flowers, elegant swan towels, and a delicious cake with ‘Happy Honeymoon’ written on it. Sarah and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty throughout our stay. Their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. Sarah, in particular, was outstanding, organizing all of our trips and ensuring we had all the information we needed to explore Sapa effortlessly. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests and takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences.
