The property is clean. It feels like home more than a hotel. Really enjoyed staying here. The lady there is really kind and helpful. We arrived there very early in the morning, away from check in time. But she let us stay in the hotel, giving us hot drinks and blankets to make us warm. It was very nice of her. And helped us with other things we want to know. There is also a very adorable and clever cat with small ears and legs. It is the best thing and the best hotel ever during my Vietnam journey. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to Sapa. Loved every single second there.

The room was great—very spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything clean and well-kept. The best part was definitely the view, which was absolutely spectacular.

The only downside was that when we arrived at 6:00 AM, the front office was locked and there was no one around. I had informed them about our early arrival, and while I didn’t expect a full reception or a greeting, it would’ve been helpful if we could leave our luggage at the reception while we went for breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant stay, but this small issue could be improved for future guests.

Loved our few day stay here. First of all, this property comes with THE most ADORABLE munchkin cat. I am obsessed with her. The night we arrived we were put into a bigger room as I assume ours wasn’t ready yet, with the most amazing view on the mountains. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious. We also got our laundry washed here, probably the speediest service we’d experienced in SE Asia. Staff was so so lovely. Thank you - we definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting SaPa. I still think about the cat every day.

The host is really nice The room is amazing Very comfortable bed very spacious room shower was really good and spacious aswell nice and close to Moana Sapa tourist attraction peaceful at night for sleep as it's on the edge of the hustle and bustle

The motor bike I rented ran out of petrol 2km away from the petrol station when I picked up the keys Please leave enough petrol for customers to get to the petrol station which is 3km away from the hotel I had to push it uphill 2km was an interesting start to the day 😂

I had a great stay! The owner helped me with all my questions. I even had a massage in my own room! The room was big, clean, and very comfortable, with a good bathroom. They even had a heated bed, which was perfect because it was cold! You can also eat right in front of the property. The owner arranged my bus to Hanoi. Simple breakfast.

Nothing all good

The lady looking after the property is super nice, she made us breakfast before the actual breakfast time, as we had to leave early to catch a bus! The heated blanket saved us, as it was super cold, so we were nice and cosy in the nightime. Really clean, and everything you could ask for.

ran out of hot water half way through the shower. more accesible information in english on the acitivities and attractions, possibilities in the area would be fantastic.

Nice location and quite big room plus breakfast included. Appreciate we could leave the luggage after check out and take the shower after the trekking.

The room could be cleaner and the vathroom should provided with toilet paper. It was stuffy in the room but there is no air conditioning and the fan is coverem in dust so we didn't even want to turn it on :(

The property is as advertised: great view (small charge for mountain side vs street), facilities and the owner is extremely kind. They offer amazing massages also! The location is also great! I thought it would be further away from “everything” than it was, but it is just a 10-15 minute walk which is nothing for those coming to enjoy Sa Pa. Thank you!

Everything was great!

The hotel is a little outside of Sapa, which was good since it's not so noisy. We had a big room with a stunning Mountain view. Comfortable beds and a TV with a own bathroom. Breakfast was good (could Chose between eggs and pancakes). Best about the hotel was Juliana. She helped us to book a motorbike for two days and took care when our tire broke on day two. Took her 30 Minutes to let the tire change by the bikeshop without additional Costs for us. She also helped us to book the Bus to Halong bay + Taxi and took care of everything. All in all, we had a great time in Sapa. We would definitively recommed this hotel!

Good offer for goos price. Probably the best one exactly in the city. Location is good. Near to the center. Lady (the owner) is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is easy and not very rich, but for this price it was very good. Heated bed. It was super useful in those time when we came there. It was cold abd rainy.

Could be more clean. This is old hotel, need some repair. Noisy, if you book the street side (from window), but for us it was not too bad.
