It is located just outside the Sapa city center - less noise, and potentially able to avoid the jam in the city center when visiting villages to the south, but still near enough to walk to the city center. The staff were helpful in arranging transportation and tours for us, as well as helping to resolve any issues that arose, though it may depend on which staff. They agreed to pack breakfast for us for the day we had to leave early in the morning. Rooms had heater/air-conditioning, which was crucial in winter. The massage service was exceptionally good (the best we’ve had in Vietnam) and reasonably priced.

The pillows were too flat. The sheets were a bit dirty. The safety deposit box needed to be reset/unlocked by the staff before it could be used.

The rooms are large and of high quality. The staff at the reception desk and the restaurant are nice. The breakfast is good. It is a good thing that the hotel is away from Sapa's town centre which is too touristy in a bad way. There is a nice view from the roof terrace.

The tiled corridors and marble staircase transmit a lot of noise from the dining room. The door between the dining room and the staircase should have some sound proofing and have an automatic closer. Our room was supposed to have a window but it looked out to an unpleasant patch of land on the side of the hotel.

Great rooms...new and clean...big beds....huge bath tub...good value for money. Staff are great....good breakfast.... location is perfectly a 15 min walk to the city .....loads of restaurants and massage places. They even accommodated late check out at a reasonable price.

The balcony view was obstructed with a huge tree so we missed the clear view of the valley n mountain.... the street is super noisy with traffic.

The staff are excellent, and the accommodation is what we extended for another day with this hotel. and the food are great specially the receptionist she can speak English and very helpful thank you so much

Its very spacious. We where upgraded to 2 connecting room which is good as we are a group to 10. Room included breakfast (breakfast buffet are basic but its ok as you will go around to try local foods)

It was worth the price. Breakfast buffet is the best! We were a group of five people.

Everything was okay except the supplementary things like water, tissue and etc. We stayed for 2 nights but they didn't replace the tissue. It would be better to replace the supplementary things everyday.

The room is very good value for money. Wide and clean room. Aircon have a option of heating which was great when we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was so good! I compliments the staff that are so nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.
