The room is well stocked with slippers, fridge, electric kettle, even body scale! Dinh and the girls who work at the hotel and spa are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Dinh have good recommendations for places to visit around Sapa, she booked us tickets to Fansipan, and even look after our luggage while we were out since we arrived way before our check in time. She gave us thoughtful gifts of snack and water to take for our journey back to Lao Cai and helped us communicate with our driver.

First of all, very pleasant & kind staff. Guys I love you. Second of all, I’ve been there in the mid of Jan aka super cold time. So it was crucial for me to have an A/C with a HOT air (working in a both modes) and this hotel satisfied me. Guys pay attention in the cold weather A/C with a hot one is a MUSTHAVE. Also I really liked how I was cared (as a king) they always were nice with me and give me their Traditional tea - Everytime I leave or come back. I even shared a dinner with them. Loved our stay here. Staff could not do enough for us! The view was immaculate. Met the owner and his wife on the last day and they were so friendly, gave us snacks for our bus to Hanoi. We came here after doing the loop and loved the peacefulness. The bedsheets were clean and so were the towels. Shower was good pressure and hot which we needed after the loop!! Great location too, paradise restaurant next door was so nice for food.

Slight musty smell from the bathroom but honestly we’ve had this everywhere in Vietnam and does not deter us. Wasn’t noticeable after the first day. Was still very clean and had lots of products we could use.

The hotel is located in perfect place with the wiew to the amazing mountains and on the quieter side of the town. On clear day you can see statue of Buda on the top of the highest mountain in Indokina. The staff is so helpful and kind. They don't speak English very well, but they are equiped with mobitranslater. The rooms are nice and clean and big enough . Of course don't expect luxury for that price. Herei is different kind of luxury. Personal touch and beauty that you can not find every day. Highly recommend .

The staff were one of the most helpful, cheerful and approachable I've encountered in my stay in Vietnam for this trip, especially the girl who stays at the hotel and is on call 24 hours a day. She assisted us in booking tickets for attractions, rides, etc. The room is very spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable with a coffee table / chairs. Balcony opens up to an amazing view and one can enjoy a cup of morning coffee while taking in the amazing n enchanting view that slowly but surely appears in front of one's eyes However it would be great if the Management installs a latch to the door as the strong winds keep blowing the door to knock against the balcony's railing thus making a lot of annoying noises. Love the rustic furniture in the room and the bathroom floor tiles. Bathroom is very clean and the toilet does it job efficiently.

The lobby could be a bit stuffy at times though it didn't really matter coz we don't stay long there.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! The view from the rooms is incredible and the location is near enough to everything you will need. Overall we had a great experience here due to the helpful staff!

Our room happened to be neighbouring a house that had lots of dogs and chickens that woke us early every morning unfortunately. The hotel we found a little on the pricier side as the pictures show a smart tv remote yet the hotel doesn’t have smart tv. In addition the room was quite outdated and due an upgrade in our opinion.

Great place with a very friendly staff. We spoke with the owner, he was so kind to us and gave us food to go for the bus back to Hanoï. The room is big, with a jaw-dropping view of the mountain and rice fields. It is also very well positioned, easy access to the city center (5-15min) but in a friendly street and very close to the paths towards nearby villages. Bonus points for the restaurants right next door that are delicious. + they offer spa services. 100% recommend !

All good, we were afraid that it might get cold but had no issues. Warm water in the shower + a heater in the room did the trick !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tiger Hotel in Sa Pa and were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the beautiful setting. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They provided us with excellent recommendations for things to see and do in Sa Pa, and even helped us book tours and transportation. Special shoutout to Mai, the owner, who made sure our needs and wants are met! Such a warm and welcoming person!

Location is right at Sapa town, just 5 mins walk away from the center. Lots of food and massages around. Quan, Canh and Mai went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay! They're readily available and even prepared snacks and water whenever we're out for activities. Quan also helped book our VIP sleeper bus. As we were taking the return bus from another accommodation to the airport, he even called to check in with us if we managed to find the bus pickup location! Excellent after service even after we've checked out from their hotel. The hotel is not very new but rest assured it is clean and cozy! Their service is mindblowing i definitely wouldnt mind coming back again

The view is blocked by a huge tree (from the window), but it's fine from the balcony. Not an issue at all as the cafes/ restaurants right beside the hotel have the same amazing view. We got the room on the first floor and just note that it gets a little noisy in the morning as you can hear people talking etc. This is just for the room on the first level and because im a very light sleeper.

We had the most wonderful stay here! Our best in Vietnam so far. The owners and staff are SO lovely and go above and beyond to be accommodating…we were greeted with big smiles, the door held open, lots of tea…our room was clean and had stunning views of the mountains! A nice big bathroom! And relatively cheap! The hotel is located in a really great spot, we could easily walk not too far into the middle of Sapa, but had the benefit of a street not as loud and busy as the rest of the town. I can’t recommend them enough and the kindness of the owners and staff were really what made it a 5 star stay!! Thank you Tiger hotel!! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
