After our plans changed, we booked this hotel thinking it would be for one night. As weather didn't allowed, we ended up staying another night and the owners went above and beyond accommodating us and making us feel welcome. The location was continent, a few minutes walk to the city center. The room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. We even got upgraded to a room with a nice view of the valley, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast selection was big and everything was fresh and tasted good. Overall, high value for money and a great place for someone want a quite and nice hotel in Sapa.

Everything about this hotel is great. Location is super Incredible staff Anne , Grace and Ruby Plus their whole team . Even the Housekeeping staff and Breakfast team were just great. Whatever the hotel staff did was genuine and they heard us and provided info absolutely to the point which was very helpful. We booked three day trips from them and all the rates they offered were equivalent to the market rate offered by other agents. At any point of time you donot feel that Hotel is trying to cheat you or take out extra money from you. This is something very important for any hotel. I believe that tells a great thing about their management. Love from all of us.

The location is ideal—just about 1 km from Sapa town and within walking distance to Moana Sapa, so getting around was easy. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities. We especially appreciated the warm water and the small but cozy pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Friendly staff. Away from the city center but still a lot of noise since there were dogs barking across the street the whole night, the toilet made loud howling everytime someone used it (in the other rooms as well) and you could hear every customer from the corridor. The cleaning could have been better.

The hotel is at the edge of the town far from the noise of the center, the view is amazing even with the side balconies. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor pool is heated to just the right temperature.

We had a little trouble with the staff who didn't understand English, but still had a great stay.

The staff let us check in early due to the bus arrived pretty early (4:45 am) with the additional charge but it's doable and understandable. The morning staffs are very friendly and very helpful, they help us get the shuttle or even the taxi to bus station. Breakfast is soooo good here, there so much to eat !!! Especially pho soup is the best. The location is a bit off from the main area but again you get such a great mountain view in the morning.

Everything. Breakfast was good except most dishes seemed to be rather sweet. We found out that most restaurants around SaPa tend to serve food that is on the sweeter end of the scale.

Room cleaners threw away my new toothbrush which I brought from my home and also threw away my new 1kg bag of roasted Chestnuts. I informed the Frontdesk and they didn't do anything to compensate. They only apologised and suggested the cleaners could be new to the job

A really nice place to stay in Sapa with an amazing view to the mountains. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it

The pool was my favorite feature- the view at the pool was amazing! Staff was very helpful - we need a taxi to visit tai van village and they flagged one down for us. Breakfast was a delight, lots of great food and fruit options. Would definitely come back here.

The Overall property location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were neat clean and very well maintained.

Few rooms had balconies which were close to the ground, which seemed a bit unsafe as anyone could get in the room.
