I really appreciated how clean the facilities were, especially the bedroom. It made the stay feel comfortable and well-maintained.

We booked a room with two beds and a mountain view, but unfortunately, we were placed on the first floor, and our view was blocked. One of the beds was also quite firm, which made it less comfortable to sleep on.

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

My first trip to Sapa with my family of 4. We definitely made the right choice to stay at TOPAZ Hotel. In terms of location, cleanliness, room service and facilities in the hotel. Room cleaning services was done more than once a day sometimes. We were well taken care of by Mrs Lan at reception. She was so prompt in replying to our queries. She was very efficient and within a day arranged for transport with guide to go on the local tours. Everyday without fail she checked on us to ensure that everything was ok. Truly an asset to the hotel. Overall we were happy with our stay at Sapa Topaz.

Hotel is a walking distance to town with many coffee shops and eateries. It has a nice Mountain View and exceptional clean. Hotel staff service and hospitality is fantastic. They are very accommodating. It was a fabulous trip for us.

Very thankful as they gave us a free room upgrade and we are able to have an amazing view of Sapa from the balcony. The hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room is very beautiful, clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is quite central, less than 5 mins from Sapa town/train station, can see the town area from our room. It is roughly a turn away but the hotel is up on the hill so there is some up and down slope involved. Navigating around the hotel is quite manageable and the hotel staffs is very helpful in providing assistance or arrange for taxi. Is definitely worth it to get the room facing the mountains and town as it is very beautiful and scenic.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to change to an upper room where the view is better. The room is nice and has a great view of the valley and mountains. It seems that the 2nd floor's rooms only have centered cooling and heating, while the other floors have an air conditioner inside the room. There're some choices for breakfast, which is included in the room price.

It'll be better if the hotel gets some renovation. Our toilet got clogged a few times.

Staff accommodated late check in and were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower had very warm water with good pressure. Was great to recover here after the Ha giang loop.

Was a bit of a walk from central sapa, but do-able.

Hotel is very clean and stylish. Receptionists are very welcoming and accommodating. Room has all you need to offer, good size, clean, quiet, comfortable bed and selection of pillows. Very happy and recommend to others.

In my eyes it was perfect

Wonderful stay in the hotel. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. The hotel room is comfortable, and we were upgraded for the mountain view room, facing the Muong Hoa Monoral trail. The breakfast was great. Special thanks to the handsome staff in glasses who had welcome us the first day and advised us the last day on time to check out and arrange a taxi for us to catch our bus back to Hanoi. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and recommended to all.

I stay at hotel on 18-19 December 2022! This is my first time here! I love this hotel and staff!!! It was clean and beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful. Before we go, I have many questions about our trip in SAPA and I sent a lot of message to staff and they so kindly try to answer all of my questions 😄 Big Thank! The views from the hotel were really nice. The rooms were just wonderful and welcoming. I would definetly recommend this hotel. As for the bathrooms in the rooms, they were lovely and clean! see you soon in the next time 🥰😍
