They were in constant communication with me on what's app before I arrived and I was easily able to organise my village tour and fansipan journey through them. b. They even allowed me to shower and change on my last day, after coming back from a village tour, even though I had checked out hours earlier.

Bathroom a little too dark for me.

Le Chapa is within three minutes walking distance from Fansipan and in a lovely quite location with beautiful city view. The room was quite spacious, they have room heaters to keep you and your family warm. We reached around 7:00 a.m. and was allowed to check-in immediately for a charge of $11 only. The breakfast was also good. Plus point is that there were few halal food options nearby. The staffs were also very kind and cooperative.

Location is good, it not in the central which may be too noisy and not too far from central with easy walk there without too hilly. Calling Grab also easy, nearby good food is easy to get.

Air condition in the room, when we use heater is not strong enough for the too cool day (0-5 degree outside), anyway it is acceptable when you turn it on for long time.

The view over the town and mountains all around . The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable + the bathroom was very functional and large. The young man at reception (Thai )was so friendly and welcoming , and our room was spotlessly clean with lovely decor and lots of light from a huge window opening onto a large balcony . The breakfast room was on the top floor with outstanding views all around , and we had our breakfasts freshly prepared each morning .

Something to sit on , on the balcony would have been nice .

The view was good and centrally located. Large room and TV with netflix connection!!. Staff were friendly and nice.

The breakfast was pathetic. It was served on the terrace. Everything was cold. Bread, butter, egg, Vietnamese food everything was cold and tasteless. Though we stayed for two days, we did not bother with breakfast the second day. When you book, opt out of breakfast!!

The room was very spacious and modern. The king bed was huge. The view from big balcony was very nice. The hotel is located just above the travel information center and museum. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I thought breakfast options were pretty good - I chose veritable omelet for first morning and beef pho for 2nd morning. 40K per Kg for laundry.

I loved every single thing about the property. My view was absolutely stunning! The girls that clean my room or so cute and so nice. I even gave one of the girls a gift. It was centrally located. The breakfast was great every single day. The staff and the hotel is worth coming back for every single year. There’s too much to see in Sapa so I will definitely be coming back!

Perfect experience with the hotel. The room was huge and nice. Hotel was near city centre and the price was reasonable. Hotel breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. When they were aware that my shuttle bus only comes at 5pm and checkout was noon, they offered me another room for me to rest till 5pm.

The room was big and well fitted out with big comfortable bed, balcony over looking the square, big modern bathroom with glass windows so you can look at mountains while showering. The tv had Netflix in english. They also provide simple breakfast as part of room cost.
