Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean room, fine location.

- Its better if we can have moisturize for body in the room, the restaurant is too crowded every morning, the cafe is not really nice (I usually have coffee in hotel, but there is nothing special in the cafe that keeps me there). - Hot water is not stable, usually get disrupted & its suoer cold there.

Spacious, nicely furnished room and bathroom. Immediate hot water in the shower. Beautiful view, few minutes walk from main walking area/ restaurants/ shops. Good hotel to stay

At certain days/ time can be very crowded during breakfast due to organized tours. The restaurant is spacious and the food is always there just lots of people. Keep in mind to climb up the hill or stairs to get there :).

The room is spacious and clean with comfy bed And also u can have a spectacular morning view and city night lights from the room(the room was suggested by the hotel customer service) Good water pressure despite the hotel is on the highland Check in and check out processes were smooth Halal restaurant is just a few steps down the road U gotta go down early for breakfast to avoid the crowd

We loved the indoor pool, it would have been more convenient if it opened earlier but we were grateful for the access to it regardless. We enjoyed the pho for breakfast and we were in quite a useful location. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning.

The pool access hours, it really should be available from 10am - 8pm like a normal hotel. The hotel is very busy on weekends until early Sunday afternoon.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Anna, the Front Office Manager, has been an absolute delight! Our stay was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Gives you a view of the gorgeous valley and mountains, plus is at a walkable distance from the centre.

Should have more breakfast options. At least one item to cater to Indian visitors as the booking was done much in advance. On the weekend, there were fruits served, which reduced to only oranges and dragon fruit on Mondays. Being a vegetarian, that was one thing I didn't want. The pillows in the room are very soft and not very comfortable for people with cervical conditions.

The property's location and the view from the balcony of the room to see the mountains are amazing things. Also, it is in the city's centre so everything is just a walking distance to reach and explore. I loved staying here. Thank you.

Breakfast- some days there were a lot of food and drinks not being refill. The rooms were outdated and not worth the amount of money we paid for the hotel.

Beautiful welcome decorations in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent views and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Although the room was very clean and beautiful the mattress was rock hard, so found it a bit hard to sleep.

The room was excellent, The view was spectacular, it was far enough away from town to still walk and see everything but high up so you got the impact of the views.

The shower leaked onto the floor, a design issue but only complaint we could find.

The location was perfect! It was just out of the hustle and bustle, but a short walk to plenty of great restaurants.

The pool has weird and short open times.
