The spacious room with the view was great, breakfast had many options.

The outdoors pool is not heated, meanwhile the downstairs indoor pool is heated but very dirty, the humidity is so high and without any ventilation that water is leaking off the ceiling and there are mushrooms growing between the tiles and there were no towels, so inappropriate for 4 star hotel! The staff was okay, but nothing special or extra, called to the room 30min prior the check out, what is disturbing and not necessary. All in all, we enjoyed our stay as we stayed mainly in the room, but common areas need way more attention.

This Hotel is absolutely Beautiful and located in the perfect spot. Endless food spots to choose from, local shops on every street, and some of the best coffee I've had in Vietnam. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the mountain view was stunning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the rooftop infinity pool, and it definitely did not disappoint. The pool was soo refreshing and the views from the rooftop were mesmerizing. I definitely recommend staying here if you decide to visit Sapa.

Pros: The hotel exceeded expectations — from its exterior and interior design to the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, and the room was clean and the view out is great. They also have a rooftop bar with an infinity pool and board games, as well as an indoor pool, karaoke room, and gym in the basement. Everything is easily accessible.

Cons: The hotel is located on a hill, so it’s quite a hike to get back. My friend and I ended up taking a cab most of the time, but the rides were pretty affordable, so it wasn’t a big issue. Bugs may get in if you leave the balcony door open, but the hotel does warn guests to keep it closed when not in use.

Lovely property with views of the mountains. Delicious breakfasts with many Vietnamese options. We were there for my husband’s birthday and they very kindly surprised him with a cake delivered to our room in the evening - very lovely touch!

Unfortunately there was a big music event being held in the conference centre in the hotel which happened to be on the same floor as our room (4th floor). This event was extremely loud on the Saturday night with speakers that felt like they were directly in our room! After a few people made complaints the hotel ensured that the event wrapped up promptly.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in Sapa. The location was beautiful and clean, the room had a great view, and it was close to Sunplaza. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub was perfect. The water heated up quickly and was very good. There was a booklet detailing important attractions for the week. The staff were professional and friendly. The pool was amazing. I came and took a picture. If I'm here for a while, I'll definitely stay here again tomorrow. My husband is staying with me. I still regret that we should have stayed for two nights because the night before, we stayed at another hotel and then came here. 👍♥️♥️♥️♥️🫰🫰🇻🇳

We chose this hotel because of the pool view and it did not disappoint. We booked 6rooms for 12 adults and 1 child for 4 days and 3nights and everything was perfect. It’s centrally located so everything was walking distance. Lots of salons, laundry shop, massage and restaurants around the area. All staff were amazing from front lobby, to breakfast crew and the bar at 12floor. Thank you to Mr. Ahn and the ladies at the 12floor.. you guys were amazing! We also got free room upgrades, thank you very much. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable and clean. No strange smell at all. They also clean our rooms everyday, change our towels and refill the bathroom kits. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. We enjoyed hanging out at the 12floor at night bar and it was fun.. there’s karaoke for free that you could use until 10pm. The pool view at the 12floor was breathtaking. We checked out at 12noon but was told we could still use the pool and shower at the 1st floor until 7pm since our bus won’t pick us up until night time. Thank you very much Pistachio hotel and staff. We had a great time ❤️

We loved the awesome staff, especially Ms Chau. She went over & above to make us feel comfortable & welcome. Nothing was too much for her that she couldn't do for us💐 👏 !!Now that's what we call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE perfect 👌 Everything was more than what we hoped for & imagined our stay to be!! The buffet breakfast was excellent 👌. The rooftop pool was so picturesque & heaven on earth!! So beautiful 😍. Well done, Hotel Pistachio 🏨 Thanks to all staff for making our stay a memorable one 💕

Not for publication, but sleepover buses come from Hanoi. No real control over arrival. If a room is ready there should not be a charge to check in early if the room is ready. My guest and I slept in the lobby for 5 hours because I did not wish to pay an extra charge for an early arrival. Most are already coming to Vietnam with a budget in mind. We couldn’t really walk the city because of the rain and we wanted to freshen up after 6 hours of being on a bus. Later there was the offer at no cost, but it should not have come to that. Also the price varies based on the room, there should be a flat cost if anything for early check-in. I booked an executive suite, so my cost was much higher on such a more expensive room.

We had a brilliant stay at Pistachio for the few days we were in Sa Pa. Having their own fleet of buses or offering to arrange pick up via a taxi (which is what we did) was much appreciated as we were arriving from Lao Cai, so having that all pre-arranged gave a lot of peace of mind. We quickly saw why the hotel is often fully booked, the staff were very attentive, the facilities were nice and clean, and location meant it was just a 5 minute walk from SaPa Station (for Fansipan). The views seen in the pictures are absolutely not exaggerated either. The breakfast was really nice, with a decent buffet selection but what made it more enjoyable was someone on hand frying the eggs, and serving the bún/phở (dish depended on the day for us). Ms Chau, their customer service representative, was excellent in taking care of us during the stay, ensuring we were as happy as possible. We expected it to just be a standard hotel stay but the extra care we were given made our stay feel like it has a personal touch to it.

The gym left a bit to be desired. Maybe I'm being picky but a single treadmill, bike and bench with a limited selection of dumbells can't really be called a gym. The infinity pool is stunning, but if the pools's temperature could be controlled, it would have made it much more comfortable to use. Given the unpredictable weather in Sa Pa, we found the pool to be too cold to use unless it was scorching hot.

The hotel is truly luxurious and exceptionally well managed. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Huyen, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She explained everything clearly and made our check-in smooth and reassuring. She’s also made sure that i had all the different services /attention , even after check out. We also received great support from Mr. Ho, who was always attentive and helpful. When we had to wait for our sleeper bus, he kindly stored our bags in a secure area, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay, especially with the stunning view, was incredibly pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
