This hotel was located at the centre of town which made it very convenient to walk. There is a shortcut downstairs on level 1 which leads us to a small walking path to town. The staff were superb in terms of hospitality. They were helpful and let us check in early too since we arrived early morning from Hanoi. Food was great and the views from our room were magnificent. We truly enjoyed the views of the town and mountains. Thank you Sapa Panorama.

We had massage session at the lowest floor of the hotel, which also leads to the shortcut pathway mentioned above. The cleanness of the massage area and the toilets on this floor were questionable. Plus at night this entrance is too quiet. Of course, CCTV was working however it still was dark and eerie looking at night. They should install some lights at night.

We had a Panorama View Room and it was spectacular. Stunning views and very comfortable. The included breakfast was very nice, enough to get you started for the day's activities. A big shout out to the gentlemen looking after the breakfast room in the mornings, they offer excellent, friendly service with impeccable English.( I'm always a little embarrassed that I cannot speak their language and they have to speak English to communicate in their own country)The reception lady was really nice and helpful too, nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately we weren't able to book our tours with the hotel because of the language barrier (even with google translate). It seems the person that would normally have booked tours was not there. But this was not a big problem, we just wanted to support the hotel.

The hotel was really nice and comfy. I liked that we had a little balcony to kinda feel the fresh breeze of air. The family rooms I've booked were clean and spacious enough for 3 people per rooms. The most important thing was that the staffs were really nice and assisted us in any way they can. It has been a pleasure staying there with my family when thought it was a short stay only. The hotel has a restaurant with sumptous breakfast, 100k per person and they have a small shop inside their building/hotel with affordable prices. I've bought wind breakers/winter jackets and bags for my whole family and myself and spent only a few million dong, they accept card with 3% charge.

The room had a beautiful view and the breakfast was lovely.The location was good too especially if you remembered to use the steps on level 1 that leads straight into town

On the first night, we gotin close to midnight and I was given a room that was not the family room i booked. I bought this to their attention the next morning and they said it was due to the bed configuration I had chosen.This wasn't correct because the room I was put in was dusty, had no bath. No safe, broken amenities However, they gave me a new room, which I was very happy with (and it matched the photos on here) They did not charge me the full price for the first night which i appreciated.

We stayed here for 2 nights after trekking in the mountains for 2 days. We had our toddler with us so comfort, cleanliness and location was key for us! Everything was great, the hot shower, the warm comfortable beds and small balcony overlooking the street was just what we needed. The views at breakfast were fantastic. Me and my son had a herbal spa bath and it cleared his eczema up immediately. Another bonus!

the staff were very accommodating and helpful. they processed our tickets back to hanoi. they also updated our rooms to ones with balcony. the view was superb! breakfast was included in the payments. sumptuous buffet breakfast.. the only setback is that they offered same breakfast for the days we were there

not really not like. the breakfast was great but should have been varied from day to day

Great view of the town from our balcony. Breakfast was smorgasbord Vietnam style but food was yummy. Even though reception was up a steep road, you took the lift to bottom floor and there were stairs that led to the town below. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Vang who made our stay welcoming. We ate here a few nights with a cocktail and both were tasty.

The shower over the bath in our room as it was very unstable when taking a shower.

Very Helpful staff and friendly, great location. Comfortable hotel and room size great with balcony.

The bed was not very comfortable but I realise that it is subjective, so it might be OK for others. The hot water was hit and miss at times.

All excellent for the cheap price. Great location just above Sapa town centre. Great view of the town when the mist clears. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us book return bus from Hanoi and a hiking tour.

Some things need refreshed such as doors not closing or opening easily.

The staff are friendly and accommodating The hotel itself so clean and the ambiance feels like home The location near to the market and train station and the hotel view so Satisfying can relax in during sunrise and sunset
