Breakfast was exceptional and really enjoyed the variety. Room was a bit basic but the common areas were very well thought out.

Poor English from reception, I asked a transfer from Sa pa to Hanoi and some other info and I was told to wait till 21PM. (it was 5PM when we checked in) Also there were no info on the offers the hotel has available. It is a Spa hotel but no info given to about the Spa, where it is situated, what kind of services can be offered to their guests. No info on the ECO side of the Hotel.... I found the welcoming very poor and can definitely be improved with some training. No recommendations offered on Dinner, restaurant recommendations, bars, things to do,..

Very hospitable. Allowed us access to their facilities before & after checkout, including having a shower after trekking. Gave us a sandwich pack for the train ride on departure. Nice quiet location close to centre but not in the midst of the bustle. Great breakfast included.

Foyer needs to be heated in winter - cold space to wait. Ground floor sitting area of bungalows is also cold in winter as heating only works upstairs in bedroom area.

Cosy and relax cottage stay, with good view overlooking Sapa town. Bathroom comes with wooden Bathtub Which is relaxing to soak in the warm water in the cold weather. Decent breakfast with good choices of vegetables, fruits, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fried rice, noodles, bread, eggs, coffee/tea, juices etc...location is short walk to the central of Sapa town but needs to go up and down of the stairs or slope as the resort is on the slope. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Location needs to short walk up and down the stairs or slope. On the sunny day, the room can be quite warm in the afternoon.

Beautiful views, cosy little cabin, hot water, comfortable bed, accommodating staff, cute cats in lobby. Quiet area but still super close to town. The wife and I loved it.

- Ricky was very helpful throughout our whole stay, fluent in English, always contactable and ready to help! - Pretty wooden villa design, really like it a lot, do take note the steps up the bedroom for the villas are quite narrow and steep - Went during the winter, Ricky and the staff were really hospitable to us always bringing us hot cinnamon tea and ginger tea to ensure we are kept warm and well - Very friendly staff, always with a smile and their services are really good - Location is around 5 mins walk to city centre, away from the hustle but not too far, good place for a good rest and food - 3 resident cats!!! :D - Breakfast is great too!

- Due to the location and water heating methods, hot water for bathing only runs for around 15 mins and the next person bathing has to wait for around 30 mins before the hot water supply returns - Stayed in 1 bedroom villa, the heating unit in the room is insufficient for the living room area so we stayed mainly on the 2nd floor but it still gets quite cold still at times - Path from town to the hotel is quite steep, even the tuktuks we took had a bit of trouble going up so not recommended for elderly. Paths to the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas do not have ramps as well so do take note - The villas are on a slope with wilderness surrounding them, be ready to see different insects (saw a huge huntsman spider in the bathroom). Be prepared if you are not a fan of creepy crawlies!

The entire staff was very courteous n helpful during our 4-night stay, Miss Lan did an exceptional job for following up n choosing the best time/day to visit Fansipan for us so we can enjoy our trip w the best weather possible. Also thank Ms Lan for recommending the best places to dine in the area. The Fansipan tickets were even purchased online for us by the staff which saved us the hassle. I highly recommend to hire Tiền (private drivers that the hotel often use for guests) for a full day tour around Sapa and transport back to Nội Bài airport. His fees were fair! Not to mention the 2 young chefs preparing excellent delicious breakfast buffets, they were super courteous. Choices of dishes may not be as many as other bigger resorts but those dishes were on point and delicious. Ms Lam Anh did a great job communicating over WhatsApp before our arrival of any concerns and questions I had. Not to forget staff Khoa for helping us w the luggages and he was so courteous as well. Lastly, manager Ricky was helpful giving us tips where to go & the best ways to get around.

We absolutely loved our stay—imagine Swiss Alps vibes, but in the heart of Sapa, Vietnam. Nestled in the trees with serene, sweeping views, the location was ideal: close enough to wander into town for an evening stroll, yet far enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet. Staying in what felt like a treetop house was magical. Our bungalow was incredibly spacious, with a cozy relaxation area downstairs and a large bedroom, bathroom, and balcony upstairs. The view from the bathroom alone was worth the trip—absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was light but just right, with a delicious morning omelette that hit the spot. The view from the restaurant made waking early worth while!! And surprisingly, the in-room 3-in-1 coffee sachets were so tasty we asked for extra! It was a truly memorable stay in a unique and tranquil setting.

A side note: one particularly windy evening, tree branches brushed intensely against the roof, which kept my husband awake (Room 606). It was the only downside of our stay—but understandable given the hotel’s beautiful treetop setting.

Beautiful new hotel on the hills overlooking the town! We got an upgrade and had our own little bungalow with a view (though mostly clouded) and the breakfast room was also nice with top to bottom windows! We arrived in the middle of the night, but were still welcomed in a friendly and happy way by the staff. In general, this was the most friendly staff we had in all hotels across Vietnam. And there was a cute cat as well! We would definitely come back!

From 7am onwards they play some kind of lounge / background music on the grounds and public spaces of the hotel, which is a bit too loud (even though it is quite low volume) and can actually wake you up. I read about this already… maybe they will change it one day ;)

Great location, nice decor, great breakfast - one of the best pho we’ve had so far! Very modern building but very “open” in the sense you need to pass from outdoor areas sometimes for example to get to breakfast and they keep a lot of the common area doors open, making the whole building colder. Staff is very nice and willing to help with anything - there was a mix up with our laundry and 2 different socks went missing; they bought us 2 new pairs of socks to make up for this!

Cold in general . No central heating, insulation or any kind of glazing on windows - unfortunately it seems this country is not prepared for the cold it so often experiences 😅 They do provide a heated blanket and there is an AC (struggles to warm such a cold environment) which makes for a good night’s sleep but out of bed otherwise it’s very cold.
