The hotel was well-located and had a cafe adjacent to its property. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower worked well and they had unlimited bath gel.

The wifi was absolutely awful. It was impossible to connect for long, making it difficult to be there for business purposes. The breakfast was not as amazing as it could have been, but decent.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The welcome was nice and the room was very comfortable and large with a balcony. The laundry service was incredible only 3 hours. This is a large business hotel but well equipped for tourists too. All the staff were excellent and reception happily booked my bus to Hanoi. Breakfasts were nice Asian buffet style and satisfying. The location is good too, surrounded by markets and good shops also close to the river with walks and views across to the border bridge. Great value and a special mention to the lovely staff. Thank you !

wow.. amazing service. i came here on the day i was in a bike accident and they looked after me and took immense care for me. Made sure i was comfortable and accommodated me in the best ways they could. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! The staff deserves so much praise

Good location, very comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff.

We booked a suite because the hotel had stated on booking that this room had a bathtub and a balcony, but the room we got only had a shower and no balcony. It was still really nice and comfortable, but the information needs to be updated.

The staffs are genuinely first class, very friendly, especially Hao from front desk, the main reason I will visit here again. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, nothing is too much trouble. The lobbly area is comfortable, everything was spotless and the air conditioner very quite and efficient The location is superb, nearby many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shop Room is large and clean

we had to pay for bottle of water and when you pay a price like this you should have free water. the staff were not speaking English at all, and didn’t even try, we wanted to have some recommandation to what to do around, but the staff didn’t help us. hopefully we met a woman from the staff the last day and she helped us to book a bus to go to ha giang.

The staff doesn't speak English. Even asking for salt and pepper is not possible without using google translate on your food. Last night a waitress came standing next to me, while i was looking in the menu. Without saying anything, she tolk the menu out of my hands, started showing things in it & talking to a waiter. It took a very long time, without giving me any explanation why she did that. Until i've had enough and asked her what she was doing. They started laughing and left.. very rude and not ok! Food not good. Very dissappointed
