I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the center, making it super convenient to walk to the market, restaurants, and all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the beautiful view from the room. I could see both the mountains and the town, especially stunning during sunrise and sunset. The room I booked was beyond my imagination, it was super big. There are also many local restaurants near the hotel. The hotel owner is super nice. She also introduced many attractions and local restaurants. She also helped me a lot and helped me find the bus back to Hanoi. If you want to go to Sun Plaza, it only takes a few minutes by walk. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff went the extra mile to ensure we are able to enjoy the activities and take care of our need. providing information on the activities around town and made many recommendations. Arranging an early breakfast as we need to set off for our day activities. Attending to our needs upon our requests. All staffs were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. the location of Hotel very central.

Everything, staff, people and the location, all top notch, good service and they were so nice to us, try to accomodate as much as possible while we waiting for our bus to hanoi though we already check out..

Nothing, jusy the faucet water pressure in our room bit too strong but u can always let them know.. we forget to tell them so..

Great location 5 minutes walk to town. Rooms basic but clean. Great veiw. Staff brilliant. Helped us when our transport to Hanoi forgot to pick us up. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay here again.

The Elegance is centrally located up an alley a very short walk to the town square. Our room was spacious with a balcony and a small view. The room was refreshed every day. Manager Phuong was very helpful in arranging bookings for us and attentive in every detail and speaks very good English too! Breakfast was included and quite adequate. The nearby Cocktail-Restaurant was a real treat with beautiful food and once again lovely staff....a must do!

I liked the location, the rooms, and the staff. They were very flexible with me extending stay each night.

We often had to leave the key at the hotel front desk and then one night when we came back late we had to call a number to get someone to come down and let us in. It was fine but I am not used to not being able to come and go as I please from a hotel.

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond — they were helpful, kind, and truly amazing throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t regret it!

I can highly recommend this hotel! It is perfectly located - 5min walking distance from the vibrant center - far enough to be completely silent! Nice rooms - in the third floor a spaceous terrace. And an extremely friendly and helpful lady at the reception! Thank you for your support to book tours and to organize our trip back to Ha Noi!

Our room looked over the central area of SaPa where the advertising screens are bright and people seem to stay around. Breakfast was relocated into the reception area due to renovations. There was a limited menu but plenty of good food. Although noisy out it was quiet in. The staff were very helpful with arranging transport back to Hanoi.
