This is the second time I have returned to Nha Trang for my business trip. As someone who comes here to work, I prioritize choosing hotels that are quiet and have good service and, above all, an affordable price. Boutik Cham caught my eye among hundreds of other hotels in Nha Trang. The rating of this hotel is 9.3, which is a very high score and also has many very positive reviews. When I came to experience the service, I was very satisfied because I did not choose the wrong place. The hotel is newly built and operating from 2022, everything is very new, located near VinPearl area, Hon Tam Port in an urban area called An Vien. The surrounding space is very quiet, maybe this is an urban area isolated from the city center. For me, Boutik Cham is more suitable for families on vacation who don't like the hustle and bustle of the city center. However, the street has a minus point, perhaps because after the epidemic, there are still quite a few unfinished projects in the area. The hotel is quite small and pretty, with a unique design and bold Champa culture, including a restaurant serving 3 meals, a very chill swimming pool and Koi fish pond, and the staff are all enthusiastic and hospitable young people. . The room space has a classic Indochine style, the interior is quite high-class. The price I booked was 550,000 for 1 night and included breakfast. The food served has a strong Vietnamese flavor, and the Head Chef is very cheerful and sociable. Menu is written in 3 languages: English, Vietnamese, Russian. The food is meticulously prepared and rich in traditional flavors that I find few hotels can do. After all, I spent 3 hours resting and working here, the atmosphere was wonderful, I was served and experienced like I was in my own home.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely, comfortable room. We enjoyed a connecting family room and the bath was great. Smart TVs were another added bonus. For us the location was OK as we wanted to be near Vin Wonders but other than that there is nothing really around the hotel so we had to get taxis into the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check in and late check out which was very appreciated.

Breakfast could be improved. Very slow service and disappointing coffee for Vietnam. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was quite disappointing too.

Things to improve: .Please take care of the elevator, it is a big no no on look maintenance .There is not a lot to improve unless you can change the other guests behaviors, so congrats ! Your only issue is truly the other people 🤪

We really enjoyed the ambiance of the "mini-resort" during our stay. The hotel is in the newly built residential area so the surrounding is quiet enough but still not so far as staying in the resort. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean with ample amenities. Breakfast met our basic needs with small buffet areas offering Vietnamese and Western dishes.

Location is 6km away from central but can be easily accessible if you use grab bike/taxi. It is however convenient when you go to surrounding islands because the harbour is nearby. One minor thing that bothers me is they didn't have in-house laundry services for our four-night-stay so we have to bring our clothes to the central to get them washed.

Staff the very very best. They could not do enough for us. Very lovely people running the hotel. Location of property excellent as in a very quiet area. We were invited to share their New Year celebrations. The hotel is very beautiful. A lovely stay.

The only thing was the beach near them was not controlled by hotel and unless you had your own chairs we had to sit on sand. If they had chairs at hotel to use would have been perfect.

A bit far from city centre

The only thing I found a bit offputting was the breakfast. I stayed here once back in July 2023 and the breakfast had a variety of options, but this time there seemed to be fewer. The pasta wasn't fully cooked so it was still hard when we ate it. Other dishes were stir-fry instant noodles with some vegs, steamed beef with green pepper (very little beef) , fried rice, salads, beetroot soup, garlic bread, vietnamese baguette to eat with fried egg, and finally some desserts like jelly, sweet gruel and fruits. Not that these weren't good, but compared to my past experience at Butik, it's a bit short of expectation.

Such an amazing hotel, I wish I had stayed longer! absolutely loved my room, it was very clean, spacious, beautiful decor and interior & it had a smart TV. The staff were amazing, the best service in everything they do. Special mention to Aung & Xuan. If you’re wanting a nice, quiet, and relaxing hotel, this is the perfect spot as it’s not too far out or into the busy areas.

That I didn’t stay longer

Good price for the room quality, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Close to the local markets and food shops. Nice and Quiet neighborhood as well. In walking distance to Vinpearl and the Institute of Oceanography.

A little bit far from the main attractions but can be fixed with grab or in our case: motorbike rental. Only 150k a day and we were zooming around town.
