Our room was on the 17th floor with magnificent view of Nha Trang city and bay. Location is excellent! Comparing to bustling and noisy tourist center (15 minutes' walk) it is quiet during daytime and evenings. There are a lot of cafes and small shops with prices lower than in tourist center. There are sauna, steam bath, small pool and bar on the 26th floor. There is beautiful park between hotel and beach. Beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is wide enough. Our room was spacious and there was everything for comfortable stay. Hotel served good breakfast mainly with local food but there are some standard dishes like scrambled eggs, omelet, ham and even stewed crocodile meat :-), a lot of fruits and cakes. Vietnamese coffee is excellent! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing worth mentioning

The ocean view from the room is great. Beach and park are just few steps cross the road. Not too many options in breakfast (probably because we stayed in low tourist season) but was ok to me. Staff are helpful. They arranged for our early check-in and changed room to higher floor so we have better ocean view. A nice surprise with a complimentary small sweets in the room when we are back from dinner outside. Small outdoor pool but they do have sauna and steam rooms on the top floor. I did not have time to try it but believe it would be a great activity if you can not go out in rainy days.

Location is a bit far from city center. Lift is quite slow, it could be bothering if many guests use it at the same time. I do not like the perfume odor in the lobby, it is so strong thus makes me feel headache when I just even pass by.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil location, offering a serene ambiance. We had a wonderful experience during our previous stay in 2020 and were delighted to return. The amenities are cozy, the room is immaculate, and the breakfast spread is diverse and delicious. The breakfast staff provided excellent service, and the front desk personnel, particularly " Mr. HOANG ĐAI" , were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Mr. HOANG ĐAI kindly assisted us in booking a tour ticket and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions.

The breakfast on the first morning was amazing, with a large variety for both western and Asian. The second morning was predominately Asian food only. As a westerner, I only ate very little on the second day.

We booked a "sea view" and a "city view". Then when checking in we were told that the "city view" room had no windows, so we then had to upgrade to enjoy a view. Reviewing the hotel plan on the emergency evacuation diagram, the information provided was incorrect and we seemed to upgrade for no reason. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible!

other customer screaming in the medle of the night, and in the early morning, but is not a foult of the hothel if the people are unpolite, maybe stich some advertise in the floor for explein.... keep quiet and respect the other guess.

Huge room with a balcony off both the loungeroom and bedroom with uninterrupted ocean views. Shower was big and separate from the also large bathtub. A great-tasting seafood restaurant was just around the corner. Pool is a fair size and the views from pool dec are ocean on one side and mountains on the other.

The gym/amenity area near pool could have been better maintained (and the glass around the pool should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the build-up of dust/dirt on the glass does not block-out the otherwise great views while ur in the pool. Also the pool deck bar did not sell spirits (despite the bottles of spirits kept on its shelves). Also the building only has two lifts servicing 25 floors (so their can be some waiting time). Breakfast time could be extended to 10am, because closing at 9:30 in these covid times makes breakfast time a a bit too crowded.

It is close to the beach. The area is quiet. Not so touristy

I stayed at this hotel in 2022 and the breakfast was better then, more to choose from.

Good location, for people prefers silent mode. But could be join the noise place 2km away. Worths the money

A bit old modern on facilities

Large and comfortable beds, large room with pleasant A/C. Two days after we left the hotel, the staff kindly let us store our luggage at the hotel as there is no luggage storage room at the train station. The hotel is right on the beachfront in the southern part of the city. Very affordable price. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was quite dark and the bathtub leaked plenty of water whenever we took a shower.
